Teacher's professional development is a hot topic in the current educational field,which requires that teachers in service must be equipped with professional course knowledge.Selecting pre-service Mathematics teachers as the research objects,the research is to develop pre-service Mathematics teachers' understanding of Calculus course content,utilizing the method of interviews and case research.Through analyzing and researching the collected related documents,this paper begins to develop the class contents of Calculus;through the teaching of research orientation of normal universities and interviewing senior Mathematics teachers in high schools,for the purpose of obtaining modifying instructions,amending and perfecting the already developed course contents of Calculus,and to conduct a case study on researchers' knowledge of Calculus.Therefore,the research sets place for the following questions:1.What is the foundation of developing Calculus course contents?2.What are the class contents of developing Calculus subject course contents?3.How do the researchers' Calculus subject knowledge progress shift before,during and after developing Calculus subject contents?The study based on the integration of high school and college of basic knowledge and method,which under the guidance of calculus mathematics thoughts;Course content is composed of calculus mathematics thoughts,basic knowledge,problem solving strategies;calculus mathematics thoughts,basic knowledge and problem solving strategies has been improved.Finally,imputing personal opinion and advice:1.Normal universities should increase the integration of Calculus knowledge throughout the process of Calculus course content integration and arrangement,conducting research on high school Calculus from an advanced viewpoint to lay a solid professional knowledge foundation for pre-service Mathematics teachers in their following career days and to strengthen the effectiveness of Calculus teaching.2.pre-service Mathematics teachers are to strive to increase their knowledge of Calculus by learning college course contents to enhance the study of Calculus framework and to lay the intellectual foundation for future pragmatic teaching in high schools.3.Mathematics teachers on other levels and phases should be able to learn from research achievements to deepen their understanding of Calculus knowledge and to apply the theory results into pragmatic education.
