The Investigation Of Rural Boarding Middle School Students' School Adjustment And Their Studies Of Outward Bound Training Intervention

Junior high school students are a special group,they tend to suffer in terms of different pressure,such as learning pressure,entering a higher school and so on.In the critical period of junior high school students in life,there will be a different degree of adaptation,especially for boarding students.In previous studies,to the problem of rural boarding junior high school to study is few and far between.This research uses the researching methods such as survey method,literature method,on the basis of the deep understanding and discussion of the concept of school adjustment,the adaptation of boarding middle school to the present situation is analyzed.Adopt questionnaire screening of the subjects,40 rural boarding middle school students whose scores are lower than the norm are chosen to be the research object.From two aspects of theoretical research and experimental research,explore OB training effect of interference from the school to adapt to the situation,for the rural boarding school education teaching management to provide the support of theory and practice.Research conclusions are as follows:(1)The rural boarding middle school to adapt to the overall situation is good,slightly higher than average,students adapt to the peer relationship is best,the relationship between teachers and students to adapt is next,after the conventional adaptive,self adaptation and academic adaptation are last,the course to adapt to this is lower than the norm,rural boarding students have their maladjustment.Rural boarding middle school adjustment,there are no differences in grade school adjustment.The one-child students are worse than not only-child children,the differences are significant.There is also no significant difference between migrant workers of rural boarding middle school students' school adjustment.(2)OB training can obviously improve the rural boarding middle school students' school adjustment situation.Explain OB training intervention in rural boarding middle school students' school adjustment has significant effect on the issue.
