In recent years,China's education has also been rapid increase with the rapid development of China's economy,but it is undeniable that there are still many shortcomings.One of the more notable is the question of fairness in education.School education has always been seen as a catalyst for social mobility and social equity,and few people doubt its role,but now people are raising awareness of the essence of people with more and more people.There has been a suspicion of the role of education in promoting social equity and the transformation of education into a tool for fixing and increasing the class gap.French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu conducted an in-depth study of this,which put forward the concept of educational reproduction.This article uses Bourdieu's conceptual framework to analyze the educational situation in Zhejiang Province.Zhejiang Province is a large province of education,educational resources compared to other parts of the country is relatively good,but there are still a large number of primary and secondary school students in rural education environment is poor reading.There is a clear problem of urban and rural inequality in the process of educational development in Zhejiang Province,which is urgently needed to be solved.The theory of reproduction is highly regarded by Western scholars,and Western scholars apply this theory to the analysis of various problems in social life.In recent years,Chinese scholars on Bourdieu's education in the production theory to increase the degree of attention,more and more scholars into the study.The paper mainly introduces Bourdieu's "reproduction: the main point of a kind of educational system theory",introduces the main view of education in production theory,how research education is carried out,and further puts the economic capital of Bourdieu's thought system,Cultural capital and social capital and urban and rural education inequality in Zhejiang Province,analysis of urban and rural education gap,to explore the gap between urban and rural education mechanism,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.I hope that the problem of urban and rural education inequality in Zhejiang Province will be solved at an early stage.Hopefully,students in rural areas will enjoy better learning resources and have better room for improvement.
