Study On The Competitive Advantage Of Pairing Athletes With Left And Right-handed During The "Three Small Ball" Games

“Three small ball” is known as table tennis,badminton and tennis.These three ball games contains singles and doubles events,while doubles emphasise on teamwork,techniques and tactics.At present,there are getting more teams paired with left-and right-handed athletes in the international competitions.The coach tend to focus training on the left-handed athletes,some even find the left-hand athletes to be the train partner of the players.This is because left-handed athletes are minority,the way they play,the track of ball movement and the place cooperation are difficult to adapt.Most of the time,a lot of athletes used to lose marks and suffer due to not familiar with the place of the left-handed athletes,trajectory of the ball and rotation.Although the researchers have done a lot of research on the relationship of playing method of doubles and the advantage of left-handed with the tactics in the three ball games in previous studies,however,there are very few studies finding the relationship of the pairing of left-and right-handed athletes,especially the information about the competitive advantage of pairing the left-and right-handed is deficient.In order to complete this study,relevant information and data have collected through multi ways and aspects to provide a certain theoretical support.Therefore,in this study,in order to show the competitive advantage of the team with left-and right-handed pairing in the three-ball games,this paper has analysed and run statistics on the tactics,the palce and the moving distance of the athletes.This paper mainly studies the following aspects: 1.Physiological mechanism,the two hemispheres of the brain on the body on both sides of the physical mechanism of the body of the obvious differences;2.left and right hand pairing right and right pairing in the ball doubles match position on the analysis;3.the ball rotation,the ball after the beat with the face of the friction generated by rotation;4.habit and not accustomed to,because the ball rotation and left and right with the right of the station Bit,right and right hand to face the proportion of small left and right hand pairing the probability of small combination,which will not be accustomed to and not suited.Finally,the following conclusions: 1.In the physiological mechanism,the right brain control dominate the left hand,right brain good at thinking space imagination,left nerve conduction faster than the right hand,so left and right hand with the right hand with more advantages.Left and right match table tennis players in the station due to doubles competition rules in the two must be alternating batting,in the space position on the complementary pairs of right-hand matching more competitive advantage.2.Left and right matching badminton athletes in the defensive counterattack before and after the station,in the attack on the left and right sides have the advantage of attack;the other hand right before the station attack,the left side of the backhand weak side,offensive at a disadvantage.Attack to defend the left and right positions on the right and left pairing right and right pairing is not obvious.3.Badminton rotation track No table tennis and tennis rotation,regardless of the left and right hand players hit the ball,the ball will not produce any changes,so the change is less than table tennis and tennis.4.Table tennis venues smaller than the tennis,rhythm faster,plus table tennis rotation,so left and right hand team and right hand match,in the habit and not used to the left hand more dominant.5.Table tennis doubles with the emphasis on the ball with the ball around the track and the advantages of the station,the two with the obvious complementarity is more and more reasonable than the right hand match has a better competitive advantage.To the Chinese national team,for example,table tennis team in recent years to dominate the world there is a certain truth.6.According to the three pairs of the right to match the advantages of the right to find the ball around the match has the best advantage is the table tennis,followed by tennis,and badminton is no obvious advantage.And in accordance with the conclusions of the following recommendations: 1.Excavation and focus on training left-handed athletes;2.Know ourselves,know yourself;3.Training to left-handed training for the object,in the usual training and more left-handed athletes as training objects,find their weaknesses and play To understand the advantages of left and right matching,so that more people understand the advantages of right and left hand matching,interested in small ball movement,enhance people's physique.
