With the new state of our country's economy,the acceleration of market information,our country's demand for innovative talents will also increase.Innovative talents are the core strategies in talent strategy,and it is also an important way to realize our country from "Made in China" to"created in China".In real life,the construction of innovative talents system is more related to the progress of science and technology and the development of society.However,with the social economic situation changes and the updating of the knowledge system,the efficiency of the high-level innovative talents cultivated by the national subordinate colleges and universities can not meet the needs of social development.Therefore,the development of local colleges and universities is the primary task of the current education system.Local colleges and universities as an important part of the national education system,in the cultivation of innovative talents on the road should be fully learning from the development of domestic and foreign institutions of higher learning.On the basis of their theory and practice,it is of great significance to construct the educational idea which is suitable for the cultivation of innovative talents in our country and to realize the goal of great renaissance of our country.This paper analyzes and compares the domestic central subordinate colleges and universities and local colleges and universities,summed up the local colleges and universities in the cultivation of innovative talents in the process there is a certain gap.On the basis of finding relevant literature,according to the unique nature of local colleges and universities,this paper constructs the input and output index model of cultivating talents in local colleges and universities.Taking the X University as the main research object,the data were obtained by questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 20 software.In the whole process of data analysis,the paper substitutes the Matter-element model into the problem to be studied,and successfully solves the qualitative problem.And in the course of the questionnaire survey,many respondents on the ecological environment of this indicator is very innovative,which innovative talent development has added a new vision.According to the different characteristics of innovative talents,the model of input index and output index of innovative talents is constructed.According to the results of data analysis,the principal component of the input index and the weight coefficient of the output index are determined by the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method.Finally,the causal relationship between the input index and the innovative talent level is found,the output index and the innovative The relationship between the efficiency of talent output.According to the analysis of these results,it clarifies the input and output of the innovative talents in local colleges and universities,and hopes to provide the appropriate experience for the future talent strategy.
