Accidents in colleges and universities occur frequently,which threaten people's personal and property security,and restrict the harmony and stability of campus.How to reduce the campus accidents and improve the efficiency of safety management are hot topics in current research.Firstly,based on the analysis of the research status and research methods both here and abroad,combined with the characteristics of the accidents in our country,summarized various safety evaluation methods which apply to colleges and universities,such as Security checklist method,BP neural network evaluation method,Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,AHP-entropy analysis method,Gray relational analysis and so on,which provide theoretical guarantee for the following case analysis.Secondly,according to the 5M principle of university accidents,we analyze the influencing factors and clarify the complex hierarchical relationship among various factors.The index factors of 5 first level indicators and 30 two level indicators are obtained.The evaluation index system of universities is established.Thirdly,based on the established index system and the influencing factors,a questionnaire is compiled and the data of the questionnaire is analyzed by spss22.0.It is confirmed that the questionnaire is effective for selecting the factors of the index system.And take L university as the research object,considering the subjectivity and objectivity of the weight calculation,then AHP-entropy weight method is used to determine the compound weights of all factors,grey relational evaluation model is constructed,and then the comprehensive evaluation is made by grey correlation degree.Finally,combined with the actual situation of L campus,the basic measures of risk control are developed.The safety management model based on the new barrel theory is developed which provides reference for accident prevention of colleges and universities.
