The Research On The Educational Function Of Network Culture In Universities

January 22,2017,China Internet Network Information Center(CNNIC)statistics reported,since December 2016,there are 731 million Internet users and 695 million mobile phone users.With the rapid development and popularization of the network information technology,the network has made a profound and lasting influence on the life style,the values and the ethics of the university teachers and students.College network culture is the integration of campus culture and network culture,and it is also a new way for college teachers and students to send and receive information.Compared with the traditional culture,the college network culture is more convenient,more diversified,more efficient,more effective.So,college network culture is very important for the cultivation of college students.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey.And according to the statistical analysis of questionnaires,this paper found four existing problems of college network culture education:(a)the subject of college network education is not clear;(b)the administration of college network culture education is not perfect;(c)college leader and teacher lack the consciousness of educational function of college network culture;(d)the team of college network culture construction is not good.And then,this paper further discussed the reasons:(a)college education model failed to adapt to the new situation of network development;(b)the college network culture has its own negative factors;(c)the construction of college network culture platform is not perfect.Finally,according to the problems and reasons,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:(a)strengthening the network education standard;(b)strengthening the management of college network culture construction,build a healthy network environment;(c)improving the quality of Internet culture;(d)improving the quality of construction team of college network culture.This paper is trying to find out the existing problems and reasons of college network culture educational function.And finally,this paper puts forward several corresponding countermeasures to improve effectiveness of the educational function of the college network culture and the quality of college students.
