Research On The Optimization Of College Students' Cultural Education Function

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clarified the important position of cultural construction in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The role of culture as the spiritual food of the people cannot be ignored.With the continuous development of education and logistics work in colleges and universities,students 'apartments have become an important position for educational work,and play a key role in cultivating students in the new era.At the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping stood at the height of the party and the country in the new era and further emphasized the education work.China's education reform and development have to follow new ideas,new conceptions and new hought.Grasping the core requirements of Morality Education,and making full use of the student apartment platform to cultivate a comprehensive development of socialist excellent successors with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labour education.In recent years,the in-depth reform of college logistics socialization has put forward new requirements for college student apartment culture.Although many colleges and universities have improved the logistics work of students and the current academy institution also made some achievements,it is not enough to meet the growing spiritual needs of college students in the new era.In order to realize the new expectations of college students for student apartments,and to achieve a full-person,whole-process,all-round education system,it is extremely urgent to research how to maximize the cultural education function of college students.This paper goes from theory to practice,from finding problems,analyzing problems to solving problems,and using the literature research method to clarify the various educational functions of college student apartment culture on the basis of combining the cultural characteristics and experience of domestic and foreign apartments.Emphasizing the important role of apartment culture in the education and teaching of students from the perspective of students' needs.Secondly,get some enlightenment by comparing the educational function of college students' apartment culture in China and foreign countries,and analyze the shortcomings of the current cultural education function of Chinese college students 'apartments form material culture education function,institutional culture education function,spiritual culture education function and cyber culture education function.Finally,for solving the unfavorable factors and innovating the apartment management mode,this paper makes some suggestions from the practical needs of students to practice the new requirements of the concept of Actively practice the new requirements of the concept of the three-wide education in China.Through these suggestions and countermeasures,I hope to be able to help the further development of the university student education platform.
