Rural primary schools which existed in scattered areas of China are well known for its small sized and large number,especially in central and western regions.The number of rural students is beginning to fall significantly as well as the population of rural areas.Many rural schools have to take the method of “small class teaching”.Rural primary schools are absent of teachers,so most teachers must teach more than one subjects,even though they don't have the ability to teach that subject.In order to solve the problem of lacking teachers in rural primary schools,especially Music,Art,and PE teacher,the ministry of education issued The Opinion about the Plan of Training Excellent Teachers in 2014.The plan focused on exploring integrated-disciplined teachers' training mode,which based on the real situation of rural primary education.Integrated-disciplined teachers of primary school were thought as the teacher who has the ability to teach all subjects in this background.The college training the undergraduate Integrated-disciplined teachers of primary school to be the teacher who expert in one subject while possessing all-round knowledge and abilities.This training can relieve the phenomenon of lacking teachers in rural primary schools.Next,it can narrow urban-rural educational gap.Last but not least,it can improve the construction of rural teachers.Therefore,it is significant to study the teachers' belief of Integrated-disciplined teacher of primary school in both theory and practice.Through the investigation,this study found that the teachers' beliefs of undergraduate Integrated-disciplined teachers of primary school are better in general.But the teachers' beliefs exist the most highly different between girls and boys,and exist more significant different in different grades and various income families.Besides,there are no significant difference in these three areas: birth place,oriented working place,or whether from single-child family or not.There are too many reasons lead to this phenomenon which can be divided into two factors: internal factors and external factors.Internal factors including individual personality,interests,skills,etc.External factors including social,family,school,education elements,and so on.Based on the study of the current situation an influencing factors of undergraduate Integrated-disciplined teachers of primary school,departments of Education have torevise training policy and offer various development platforms for them.Secondly,Colleges must improve undergraduates cultivation scheme to help integrated-disciplined teachers set up their faith to work in rural primary schools.Thirdly,local-oriented schools can strength the contact to undergraduate integrated-disciplined teachers and colleges,and try their best to meet the demand of them.Last,individuals should plan their career clearly,and deepen their professional emotion consciously.So that undergraduate integrated-disciplined teachers can go to rural primary school and stay there,the shortage and unreasonable structure of rural primary school teachers can be solved and the increase and fair of teaching of can be reached.
