The system of small class teaching and teachers' responsibility in developed countries gradually becomes the trend of education development with the rapid development of social economy and education.Teachers' responsibility system is carried out by integrated-disciplined teachers with basic knowledge of comprehensive disciplines and comprehensive practical ability in developed countries.We are learning from the educational experience of developed countries with the intergration of ours country's education and international education.We are on the path to the system of small class teaching and teachers' responsibility.Teachers' responsibility system poses new challenges to the professionalism of teachers.Thus,training of integrated-disciplined teachers has become the trend of teacher education in China.This study starts with the current situation of the undergraduate integrated-disciplined primary school teachers in normal teachers' colleges,based on the theory of Teacher professional development and the theoty of People's theory of all-round development,using of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview investigation metho.This study selected the undergraduate integrated-disciplined primary school teachers,attending the internship for school,as respondents in city C.I understand their professional practice from multiple perspectives,to analyze the problem and Put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This study is divided into the following six parts:Part 1,introduction.Including the issue,research framework and methods,research significance,literature review,the theoretical basis of research and so on.Part 2,Rational analysis of the undergraduate integrated-disciplined primary school teachers' professionalism.The structure of professionalism has been divided,making preparation for the questionnaire.Part 3,Empirical Research.Including the two aspects of the investigation,professionalism quality status survey and professionalism influencing factors survey.According to the actual situation,I designed a "professionalism status quiz of the undergraduate integrated-disciplined primary school teachers",based on the reference of relevant research at home and abroad,and combined with the current " integrated-disciplined teachers professional standards(Trial)".Fifteen the undergraduate integrated-disciplined primary school teachers,four faculties in normal teachers' colleges,five Internship unit instructors,and five employers conducted interviews accepted the interview with Self-prepared interviews outline based on the statistical analysis of questionnaires.Part 4,The conclusion of the survey and analysis.Analyze the status quo of the undergraduate integrated-disciplined primary school teachers' professionalism and summarize the survey results.Part 5,The cause of the problem analysis of the undergraduate integrated-disciplined primary school teachers' professionalism.Analyze the causes of the above conclusions from the individual and environmental factors.Part 6,countermeasures.Suggest the undergraduate integrated-disciplined primary school teachers how to improve professionalism based on the conclusion.
