Kindergarten teacher homework communication competence refers to the kindergarten teachers engaged in homework communication work,can be excellent kindergarten teachers and the performance of kindergarten teachers to distinguish between the pros and cons of the performance of the potential,deep-seated characteristics.Through the retrieval of the existing literature,it is found that most of the literatures have studied the current situation of home communication,but only a few studies on the kindergarten teachers' homework communication ability and biased towards the construction of competency model.The research on the communicative competence of kindergarten teachers and parents helps to enrich the theory of competence of home communication,give full play to the overall role of education and also contribute to the professional development of teachers.In this study,questionnaire and case study are used to analyze the present situation and influencing factors of communicative competence of kindergarten teachers in the present kindergarten system.The case study method is used to further understand the causes and influencing factors TheThe results show that the overall level of kindergarten teachers' communication ability is relatively high,and the specific personality level is the highest,the interpersonal interaction is the last bit,the skills and the cognition are in the second and the third respectively.In terms of influencing factors,there are some differences in the level of kindergarten teachers and homicides in different backgrounds.Among them,the nature of the garden,whether the title,fertility status of kindergarten teachers to communicate the level of competence have a significant impact.Different grades,different professional kindergarten teachers to communicate the level of competence does not exist;There are significant differences in personality traits and interpersonal interaction between kindergarten teachers with different educational backgrounds.There are significant differences in personality traits between teachers of different age.Communication cognition,communication behavior,communication object,kindergarten environment and other factors have a certain impact on the kindergarten teachers 'homework communication ability,communication communication attitude and communication behavior are communicated with kindergarten teachers'homework level four dimensions There is a significant correlation between the communicative behavior dimension,the communication frequency.the communication content,the communication mode and the communication skill are closely related to the four dimensions of the communicative competence level of the kindergarten teachers 'homework;the parent type and the parents' The kindergarten physical environment,kindergarten spirit environment and kindergarten system are significantly related to the four dimensions of kindergarten teachers 'homework level.The kindergarten physical environment,kindergarten spirit environment and kindergarten system are significantly related to the four dimensions of kindergarten teachers' homework level.Based on this,the researchers put forward the following recommendations:teachers to establish the correct role of consciousness,correct communication attitude;kindergarten teachers to enhance their professional development;through the form of parents and other schools to improve the parent's home education awareness and ability;kindergarten to provide support for their homes Communication environment and system.
