Known as the "father of Chinese early childhood education" of our children’s education, child psychology and a pioneer-Mr. Chen Heqin, in his monograph "family education" in the famous "our proposals," made a clear-cut "Kindergarten to adapt to the situation, home partnership, health first "office park idea, he stressed that cooperation between home and kindergarten. Parents’ working is one of the important components of kindergarten’s management. Good Parents’working not only can help the two sides establish an effective partnership to promote physical and mental development of young children, but also conducive to the survival and development of kindergartens. But kindergartens-parents’working often has been staying at the surface of both simple and interactive way for a long time, and the effectively communication isn’t taken seriously. Found that only parent and early childhood education consistency, a common education in order to make the healthy growth of children overall harmony.This study starts from homes-kindergartens communication study, through the investigation and study found out the communication’s barriers exist in parents and kindergartens, analyze the factors, bring forward the suggestions so as to improve and consummate the effectiveness of communication purpose.Both the kindergarten stage and the next stage of compulsory education, educational institutions and communication with parents is to educate our children the necessary conditions. Good communication, good cooperation, in order to achieve a multiplier effect. Communication everywhere, but the problem is between the nursery and parents how to achieve good communication? In the working of joint education of family and kindergarten, we have been reflecting on their own educational values and behavior, have asked why the phenomenon of poor communication? Teachers how to manage through the communication of the class? Why some parents are very popular in activities? Also continue to explore the use of appropriate and effective educational strategies and methods to carry out timely and effective communication, promote joint education of family and kindergarten were achieved satisfactory results.To be sure kindergarten class management need to communicate, and parents can communicate effectively work together to form joint education of family and kindergarten, and promote the child’s development, and ultimately achieve their educational goals. However, although kindergarten teachers have a comprehensive quality of education, but in the management of both communication and processing methods are much weaker. Based on the analysis of management communication on the basis of the basic theory to explain the concepts of communication, in a good way to manage and communicate ideas and kindergarten classes are closely related to the management of combined joint education of family and kindergarten, the penetration of communication methods to them, so that teachers and parents, kindergartens and community join forces and jointly play a role of early childhood education, achieve their educational goals.
