Since the expansion of higher education in China,the scale of higher education in China has been increasing.With the increasing number of college students,affecting the distribution of talent and the employment situation of college students.On China’s social stratification and social mobility had a certain impact.It is urgent and necessary to study the employment problem of undergraduates from the perspective of social stratification flow in the context of the social individual’s increasing use of higher education to achieve upward social mobility.This paper uses the knowledge already learned,through the social stratification,social mobility,labor market segmentation and other related theories.This paper focuses on collecting the employment information of the students ’employment units,employment pay and so on,the source of the students,the social level of the parents,the family economic situation and so on,and the students’ Academic achievement,reward and other educational information.The employment situation and influencing factors of the graduates in the questionnaire were analyzed by stata12.0 statistical software.The results show that the institutional factors,family factors and educational factors have different effects on the employment of undergraduates.Based on the analysis of the present situation and the influencing factors,the author puts forward the suggestions on improving the employment of undergraduates from the perspective of social stratification.This paper argues that the government should allocate higher education resources reasonably,standardize the employment market environment,perfect the social security system,Colleges and universities should strengthen the employment guidance,attach importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education,innovative talent training mode,the community should be reasonable to develop enterprise employment standards,Increase jobs,help graduates to innovation and entrepreneurship,students themselves should enhance innovation and entrepreneurship,rational choice Universities and disciplines of professional types,the accumulation of their own human capital and social capital.
