Undergraduates are the major force of human resource and socialist modernization inmodern society, reasonable utilization and development human resources in undergraduates isthe key issue of current society and socialist development, is an important task of learning andimplementing party route and policy. Undergraduates employment problem concernseconomy development, and involves technical, social and political sides, therefore,undergraduate employment is a systematic, scientific and comprehensive project. Based onthe seriousness, urgency and significance of undergraduate employment, this article willanalyze and research on the undergraduate employment issue, analyze current undergraduateemployment condition, provide constructive and directive advices to vocational counseldepartment in college, help undergraduate head for their jobs and positions smoothly.Firstly, this article elaborate the current undergraduate employment situation, take theundergraduate in Taiyuan University as an example, analyze influencing factors ofundergraduate employment, make theoretical direction and analysis using scientificemployment theory. Secondly, build employment demand model using dynamic analysismethod, make prediction of undergraduate employment market. Thirdly, explainundergraduate employment by professional search theory model, research on theunemployment as well, discuss how to decrease the job hunting cost, make best use of time,realize proper employment, take the example of Taiyuan to research and discussundergraduate issue. At last, this article puts forward the method of boosting undergraduateemployment. Firstly, the employment value of undergraduate should be changed. Secondly,we should provide undergraduate with professional guidance and improve undergraduatecomprehensive ability. Thirdly, the undergraduate should improve theoretical ability andcompetitiveness.
