Under the background of this study in the high speed development of information technology,the use of hypermedia technology innovation born deaf way of teaching and learning.Hypermedia is the combination of multimedia and hypertext to text,graphics,images,sound,animation,video clips,or other forms of media,diverse forms,vivid,smart.Cloud class class,WeChat,QQ more widely used in teaching.Integration of relevant resources,the use of hypermedia platform on lively and effective teaching design,causes the student to effective learning,in order to improve the deaf birth state of writing is not standard.Through the study of domestic and foreign research results of this study and the solution,according to the current difficulty written born deaf,attention from the deaf students' classroom teaching efficiency and teaching quality perspective,with the development of students' creative thinking and has a characteristic of high quality digital curriculum construction as the core,through the information technology,hypermedia and discipline teaching(mainly Chinese)deep integration,explore hearing impaired students breakthrough ways and methods of the written language acquisition.This study employs hypermedia means to carry out the teaching design,according to the characteristics of hypermedia,function,and can play a role in teaching,hypermedia method and deaf students to learn the language learning psychological characteristics,the characteristics of the correlation analysis.Finally use the technology to design learning application,use blue ink cloud class teaching modes are compared,and contrast experiment class in the experimental classes focus on before class,class,after class,extracurricular four stages of curriculum design,break through the traditional mode of teaching,focus on students on the attitude of love,using WeChat lets the student in extracurricular practice,practice,practice makes perfect,increase the training time,increases the amount of training,and it is in a natural,relaxed state of learning,life,to have the good effect.
