The Effective Construction Of The Practice Course For E-commerce Specialty In Secondary Vocational School

The training objective of vocational education is to train applied middle and senior technical talents in such fields as production,construction,management,service and so on.The practical ability and operation ability are the important components of their training contents.To construct the practice teaching system,we should fully reflect the real demand of the professional position of the enterprise,and comprehensively consider the correlation between the professional post groups.But now the students' employment skills and the skills required for there is a gap between our exploration,through the practice of curriculum reform and the reform of teaching mode in order to overcome the disadvantages,so that students can deal with all kinds of electronic commerce industry without two training.This paper carry out research on more than 120 enterprises in Guangdong Province,more than 350 employees,21 enterprises have a secondary vocational school,more than 1000 graduates and secondary vocational school e-commerce professional teachers,get a lot of first-hand information,empirical investigation,analysis of secondary vocational school students majoring in electronic commerce occupation career development path,and summarized the characteristics and abilities suitable for the development of vocational students in each job group,the post group and capacity requirements,in accordance with the "multi industry" construction idea,at the same time in the process of constructing "follow the teaching practice of the five into the three guiding concept of" guidance,create four layer training steps,using a variety of practice teaching form,combined with the occupation qualification certificate.To establish the practical curriculum system for vocational school e-commerce professional development,cultivate suitable ability of vocational school students' level.Also suitable for enterprise development requirements,can achieve and market zero distance,suitable for enterprise real skilled talents such purpose.
