Research On Incentive System Of Coach In FY Fitness Club In Xi'an

With the rapid development of China,the pace of people's life is very fast,and the pressure of work is also very large,people' life is based on all economy.Now,China's economy has been the leader of the world,people are gradually aware of health is the most important thing in life.The health consciousness of the masses is gradually strengthened,the enthusiasm for fitness is unprecedented,needs of people's fitness gradually increased,and it promotes the development of the health club.But the development of China's health club is still in the initial stage,in the course of its development,there have been many problems which can't be ignored,such as the lack of industry norms and market management,the management level about coaches needs to be improved,the club's incentive system for coaches has lot of problems which affected the career development of the coach and the development of fitness clubs.This article takes the incentive system of coach in FY fitness club in Xi'an as the research object.Using the research methods including literature research method,investigation method,observation method,interdisciplinary research method,statistical analysis method and systematic science method,this paper studied on the incentive system of coach in FY fitness club in Xi'an.First of all,by the literature research method,article summarize and analyze the coach's incentive system in health clubs at home and abroad.Then the incentive theory,incentive system and its function,theoretical knowledge related to health club were studied on.Then,the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the incentive system of coach in FY fitness club in Xi'an were carried out.The investigation and analysis are carried out to understand the status,such as salary incentive system and training incentive system and so on.Then in-depth analysis was carried out to sum up the problems in the incentive system of coach in FY fitness club in Xi'an,and summarize the reasons for these problems.Finally,for these reasons,the incentive system is redesigned,which puts forward more realistic and practical suggestions for the problems in the implementation process of the incentive system of coach in FY fitness club in Xi'an,and the safeguard measures were given to ensure the incentive system.
