Twenty-first Century is a knowledge-based society,which has penetrated into all aspects of life.It also promote the process of educational information.In the environment of information technology,computer supported collaborative learning(CSCL)which is supported by computer emerged and get rapid development.In the CSCL environment,learners form community through interactive,complete real tas together,participate in knowledge construction by collaboration and collective inquiry process,and finally achieve continually growth of personal ability.During the process of collaboration,innovation ability,the ability of solving problems and team cooperation ability will be cultivated naturally.To penetrate CSCL into education,we c an solve the disadvantages of traditional education such as:learners’ lack of knowledge innovation,and also can achieve the educational goal of lower ability of solving problems and cooperation will be solved.Interaction is the soul of collaborative learning,it can develop the learner’s creative ability,problem-solving ability and group cooperation ability in the process of interaction,therefore,the research of interaction in CSCL environment has become a hot issue in the field of distance education at home and abroad.Knowledge Forum(KF)is a kind of computer-supported cooperative platform,which is used to support learners’ knowledge construction and technology innovation and is ont tool for learners to cooperative study.In this study,the writer uses the Knowledge Forum(KF)as an interactive platform,to divide the learners into two categories according to the learning styles,using social network method and content analysis method to analyze the characteristics and differences of the interaction between the two types of learners in the Knowledge Forum(KF).First of all,the author uses the methods of literature research to investigate the disadvantages of learning community interaction behavior to break through the entry point of this study and explores what influences will factors of interactions do to learners interactive behavior by using of Knowledge Forum(KF).Afterwards,the author conducts a study on the learning styles of 72 undergraduate students majoring in educational technology in grade 2014 by using the Felder-Silverman learning style.According to the results of the test,the learners are divided into two major groups: active learners and reflective learners.The author collects the interactive data generated in the course of educational communication in the Knowledge Forum(KF).Finally,the author uses social network analysis and content analysis to analyze the interactive data.The author uses the method of social network analysis and content analysis of interactive data.On the one hand,the author finds out the core participants,negative participants,learners and etc.through the social network density,centrality and subgroup properties such as analytical knowledge forum(KF)social network structure.And the author compares and analyzes the social network structure of two kinds of learners to form small groups,and analyzes the differences between them.On the other hand,the author designs the content analysis framework and encodes the content of the interaction according to Knowledge building model of Gunawardeana,and finds out the two kinds of learners in the difference on the level of knowledge construction.Finally,the author finds out the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions and strategies to improve the learner interaction in the CSCL environment according to the interaction of learners in the Knowledge Forum(KF).The research shows: fistly,the overall network dimension:bith the relationship between learners is not close enough and the information circulation is not good enough in Knowledge Forum(KF).And there exsit core and marginal characters in the Knowledge Forum,and the learners form small groups in the interaction.These small groups are in a different position in the social network,which have also conducted exchanges,but the group’s internal links are not so close.Secondly,Interactive content dimension:Students have published various posts though the distribution is not uniform,yet the relatedt posts accounted for more than 80%,so generally the learner interaction is effective comparatively in Knowledge Forum(KF).Finally,Interactive difference dimension:active learners interact more frequently with other learners in the learning process,and they have stronger ability to control information exchange than meditation learners.Active learners master the flow in Lnowledge forum(KF)in the flow of information.In addition,the level of two types of learners’ knowledge construction refers to every level but not so much in the fourth and fourth stages while meditation learners tend to be in the fourth and fifth knowledge construction.
