With the development of MOOCs and open video classes,the gradual advancement of educational informatization,and the flexibility of online learning itself,the number of learners participating in online learning is on the rise.However,online learning courses show a very low completion rate compared to traditional classroom teaching.It has been found that there are a lot of non-active online learners who are not actively learning,have weak learning motivation,have low self-efficacy and are not active in learning.These non-active online learners are not easy to get better learning effect and are not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of online Learning system.The positive online learners are not only easy to obtain a relatively satisfactory learning effect,but also can have a positive impact on other learners' psychology and learning behavior,and then optimize the entire online learning system.Based on the important role of positive online learners,the strategies about how to foster active online learners are studied.Many positive online learners have been studying from the motives,according to the factors that affect the motivations to put forward the incentive strategies.Strong internal learning motivation is only a certain characteristic of positive online learners,we put forward strategies about how to cultivate positive online learners from the multiple significant features of positive online learners and conduct a practice.Based on the previous researches,we summarize and demonstrate the characteristics of positive online learners based on the Constructivism learning theory,Socialism learning theory,Connectivism learning theory and psychology knowledge.These characteristics are divided into three dimensions:personality psychological tendency,learning ability and learning behavior.And then we summarize the learning process of the positive online learners' according to the related researches of the autonomous learning process.In view of the different characteristics of the positive online learners in each process,the strategies about how to cultivate positive online learners are put forward from the teacher's point of view,so that the non-positive learners have some of the characteristics of active online learners and convert to positive learners.In order to check the effectiveness of the positive online learners' nurturing strategies,this study takes forty students from the Moodle platform as the research object,and uses the "Human Resource Management" course as the implementation environment.The training strategies are implemented through the whole process of student learning,and use platform data analysis,questionnaires and interviews to investigate,statistics and analysis the psychological characteristics and behavior of students after the end of the course.The results shows that the learners have a significant improvement in subject consciousness,online learning attitude,attribution style,self-efficacy,information literacy,online learning ability,communication and cooperation ability,behavioral characteristics.Learning motivation,metacognitive ability also have a small improvement.We come to the conclusion that the proposed strategies have a certain effectiveness,and they also point out the direction for the future in-depth study.
