Transition from early childhood phase to primary policy implementation is the process of transforming the policy content of transition from early children phase to primary into the actual effect and achieving the goal of the transition from early children phase to primary education policy. Finally, the understanding of children's physical and mental development goals and content. Taking this as a paradigm, this paper examines the concept of children in the implementation of the relevant policies of young convergence in Nanning, Among them, the concept of children's view includes: not to follow the characteristics and laws of children's physical and mental development, ignoring the natural nature of children, ignoring the status of children's right and wrong understanding of children's physical and mental development goals and content, and so on. For the convergence of young children in the implementation of the policy view, should be corrected from the following aspects: first, the subjective aspect, to improve the quality of teachers and the reflection ability, teacher education reform: the young teacher training system, integration of cultural transformation; parents should consciously update the concept of children, parents run the school, to re education "for parents; improve the implementation of the relevant policies of kindergarten personnel professional quality and ability,and kindergarten primary school more exchanges to establish a scientific concept of children.Secondly, the objective aspect, to increase the scientific concept of children's propaganda,etc..The correction of the children's view of the young convergence policy is the key to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the policy, but also an important guarantee to improve the quality of preschool education.
