The teacher learning system adopted by the mentoring system is an important way to train the newly appointed teachers. It helps the teachers to adapt to the educational environment, the teachers' role and the rapid development of education and teaching.However, in the Chinese Indenpendent Schools in Malaysia (Independent School), due to the restrictions of Malaysia's Educational Laws and Regulations, teachers in Chinese Independent Schools do not get the training of national educational institutions and face the teacher "quantity" and "quality" problem for a long time. Mentoring Teacher Learning System can be seen as a solution to the problem of the loss of teachers as school-base teacher training.Through the study of the way teachers learn, the author explores the feasibility of pursuing the teacher's learning mode in the fictitious system, and finds a suitable way of learning for teachers which can be operated in the Chinese Independent Schools in Malaysia. The purpose of the study is to alleviate the sense of helpessness of novices in the first year of teaching. The school is equipped with instructors to speed up the novices's pace to adapt to the heavy workload of teaching career in the Chinese Independent Schools in Malaysia. Novices should adapt themselves pleasantly through Mentoring Teaching Learning system in order to teach happily in Chinese Independent Schools and students can learn under a pleasant and conducive environment.The research is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the reason of the topic selection,significance of research,content of content and ideas of research.The second part is the developmental significance of teachers' mentoring learning system to the development of teachers, analyzes the development dilemma of novices and puts forward the feasibility of such system in Chinese Independent Schools.The third part is the investigation data of the whole of Malaysia and the individual cases of Sabah Tshung Tsin Secondary school. The author analyzes the problems encountered by the novices and seeks to support and helps the teachers.The fourth part includes the interview and the questionnaire survey of two excellent teachers and mentoring managers in Sabah Tshung Tsin Secondary School, combined with Lave and Wenger's “ Legitimate Peripheral Participation(LPP) ” perspective to make suggestions the end of research.
