In twenty-first Century, "learning to learn" is regarded as an important pillar of education, and reflection is an important way to help learners learn to learn. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the reflective level of learners. In the information age,the online learning space provides a good technical support for online learning, being a good service to the learners, and using online learning space to carry out reflective learning has become a new way to improve the reflective level of learners. Interaction is one of the most basic elements of the teaching activities. At present, the online learning interaction is a very common way of learning, and strengthening the online learning interaction is an important strategy to promote learners' reflective level. "Modern educational technology" course is an important course to cultivate learners' information teaching ability. In order to improve its teaching quality, the school has carried on the corresponding teaching reform, adopting the mode of blended learning to carry out teaching work, and regarding the improvement of learners' reflective level as an important part of the curriculum system. On the one hand, in order to explore the influence of the interaction in the online learning space on the reflective level of learners,on the other hand, in order to improve the learners' reflective level, thus this paper with the QQ group forum, the learners of this course as the research object, carries out a study on the reflective writing and interaction.First of all, this paper uses the method of literature research to understand the current situation of the impact of interaction on the learners' reflective level in the online learning environment. Based on this, then we use the quasi experimental research method to carry out research, making teaching design and letting learners carry out eight weeks of reflective writing and interaction activities, so as to get the reflective journals and the corresponding interactive posts of the learners. Next, the content analysis method is used to analyze the reflective journals and interactive posts of learners. Finally, the situation of learner's reflective level, interaction quantity and interaction quality are analyzed by statistical analysis, and the influence of interaction on the learners' reflective level are analyzed by independent sample T test, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The final conclusions are as follows:The number of interactions posted, the number of interactions received and the quality of interactions posted in the online learning space all can significantly improve the learners' reflective level, and the quality of the interactions received cannot significantly improve the learners' reflective level. The number of interactions posted has a significant negative impact on the learners' Descriptive Writing and Descriptive Reflection, but has a significant positive impact on Critical Reflection; the number of interactions received has a significant negative impact on the learners' Descriptive Writing and Descriptive Reflection, but has a significant positive impact on the Dialogic Reflection and Critical Reflection; the quality of interactions posted has a significant negative impact on the learners' Descriptive Writing; the quality of interaction received has no significant effect on the four levels of reflection.In the process of study, the reflective level of the learners has improved, and under the influence of the teacher's implementation of interactive enhancement strategies,learners have maintained a high degree of enthusiasm for online learning interaction, but the overall quality of interaction is not optimistic, being at a relatively low level.Based on the above research conclusion, this paper puts forward some suggestions on helping teachers use the online learning space in the teaching to promote the learners'reflective level by way of interaction, such as constructing a good online learning environment and atmosphere, designing high-quality reflective themes, using appropriate interactive enhancement strategies, improving the interactive quality evaluation mechanism and playing the role of teachers' guidance and supervision, etc.
