With the deepening of curriculum reform,more and more Chinese teachers realize the importance of questioning,however due to the questioning function oriented understanding of teachers' questioning is not deep enough,lead to problems such as the form of a single,simple,heavy and difficult to design properly,the students lack of thinking and response time,disconnect and feedback problems.The present situation of teaching shows that teachers are not aware of the relationship between questioning and the improvement of students' cognitive level.Therefore questioning is largely just a change of teaching mode and essence,specious writing,and not thinking on the cognitive development of students play a role in promoting.Guiding function of questioning is the teacher questioning students cognitive level,to improve the understanding of questioning guiding function,is conducive to enhance the ability of teachers to design.The guiding function of Chinese teachers questioning is analyzed,through the analysis of teaching record way,found the Chinese teaching,questioning the existing problems,and the analysis,thus obtains the solution strategy.Help front-line language teachers find out their own problems in questioning,constantly optimize the language teaching,improve the efficiency of teaching.Students can also adjust their own thinking through the teacher's questioning,form an efficient cognitive mode of thinking,and train Chinese thinking.This paper draws a conclusion that the questioning oriented function plays an important role in teaching.However,due to the lack of knowledge about teachers,the problem of questioning leads to various problems.To improve these problems,give full play to the questioning the guiding function,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for language teachers:a clear teaching goal,can break through the difficulty of teaching,pseudo heavy;guide the students to form the habit of independent thinking;improving teachers' professional accomplishment,grasp the questioning skills;understand the connotation of dialogue,encourage the exploration of autonomous learning cooperation;attention and use evaluation,enrich the positive emotional experience.Teachers can be gradually revised and improved their questioning,help students improve the cognitive ability of thinking,thinking to change the passive to active thinking,improve the students' subject consciousness and learning initiative,change passive learning into active learning,and promote teachers to achieve their professional development,realize the transformation from knowledge to teach the way of thinking.
