Teachers are the guiders in the process of education, so the quality of teachers directly determines the level of school teaching and the development of students. Therefore, what is the most important is giving the rein to the guiding function of teaching evaluation, which will strongly influence how education develops in the future. Current researches into teaching evaluation are mainly concentrated in the colleges or secondary schools, while they scarcely involve primary schools, let alone the teaching evaluation of a certain specific subject . As a result , researches into the teaching evaluation of a certain specific subject are vacant .The author of this thesis, a Chinese teacher in a primary school, has studied this research , mainly using the literature search law,investigation,comparative analysis method and action research method . The research into teaching evaluation of Chinese teachers of primary schools is a part of curriculum evaluation (that is the education evaluation), which is attached to the teaching evaluation and teacher evaluation in a sense , but it has its own focus and specificity. This research longitudinally analyses measurement, quizzes, tests, evaluation, assessment and evaluation and horizontally compares teaching evaluation, educational evaluation, teacher evaluation and teaching evaluation. After that, This research defines the concept of the research into the teaching evaluation of Chinese teachers of primary schools and makes the connotations of the guiding function of teaching evaluation of Chinese teachers of primary schools. The teaching evaluation of Chinese teachers of primary schools refers to activities related to school-teaching value judgments, which is mainly based on activities of class teaching and other activities connected with class teaching act as a supplement, and whose aims are to promote the professional development of Chinese teachers , to enhance the teaching level of Chinese teachers and to improve student academic level . The teaching evaluation of Chinese teaching of Primary school plays a role in guiding the direction of teaching .The key to improving the quality of evaluation of teachers depends on giving the rein to its positive-oriented features, stimulating intrinsic motivation of teachers, mobilizing the enthusiasm of teachers, guiding teachers work scientifically and efficiently and at the same time promoting their own professional development of teachers.Then the researcher analyses theoretically and practically the function of teaching evaluation of Chinese teachers of primary schools , which starts with the comparison reward - punishment evaluation and development evaluation. That is, the purpose of the evaluation should focus on the development, and take into account the differences; the content must be comprehensive and holistic; the must be criteria e varied and emphasis quality; the evaluation must be pluralistic and highlight the status of teachers; the evaluation methods are varied, and pay attention to internal evaluation; the evaluation process must be scientific, and highlight the characteristics of the subject. Next, the researcher points out the problems with teaching evaluation of Chinese teachers of primary schools. That is, the purpose is utilitarian; the content is one-sided; the criteria is subjective; the people who evaluate are perplexed; the method is single; the process is simple. Finally, the researcher gives advice on how to change the idea of evaluation , highlight the characteristics of the subject, reflect effective teaching, manifest center consciousness, and the evaluation process should be flexible . The researcher hope to promote the development of teachers and students , relax the Chinese teachers of primary schools, delight the students of primary schools and make teachers and students enjoy the Chinese language together .
