| Objective: By studying 12 weeks of aerobic exercise on simple obesity in the elderly body weight,waist circumference,waisthip ratio,BMI,body fat % body into the body shape index,blood lipid series parameters,such as,the influence of adipose cytokines,and further to explore the aerobics and jinan simple obesity in the elderly the first beetle uncoupling protein 2 gene show to A55 V gene polymorphisms of the relevance,for the elderly for personalized weightloss exercise prescription to provide practical and theoretical basis.Methods:This research takes jinan Huai Yin District simple obesity in the elderly,80,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.By dual energy X ray measurement such as morphological indexes of the body,by molecular biology techniques to test the blood indexes of the human body,the polymerase chain reactionrestriction fragment length polymorphism(PCRRFLP)method to detect a crowd of UCP2 genes were the first beetle show son A55 V gene polymorphism,through the statistical analysis method(SPSS)analysis the change of each index before and after the experiment,and between groups is statistically significant.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of aerobic exercise,the weight,BMI,waist circum ference,waist and buttocks of each group in the experimental group were significantly decreased before the experiment,and the body fat percentage of the whole group and the obese group also decreased significantly.(2)after 12 weeks of aerobic exercise,general technology team and obesity group total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly lower,highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol has a tendency to rise but change is not obvious;Teeg and obesity group of adiponectin,known as significant rise;Teeg,obesity and overweight are significantly lower free fatty acids.(3)After 12 weeks of aerobic exercise,based on the research of the overall group and obesity group found that the AV genotype subjects morphological index(BMI,waist circumference,waist hip ratio,body weight,body fat %)and blood index(free fatty acids,total cholesterol)have significantly lower,adiponectin level has increased significantly.Conclusion:(1)12 weeks of aerobic exercise can effectively reduce the older overweight people shape index and blood index(High density lipoprotein cholesterol and adiponectin are excluded),aerobic exercise is an effective fitness to middleaged and old obese people to lose weight fat loss method.(2)Three genotypes and blood index of the subjects’ morphological index has significant difference before and after the experiment,but the index of AV genotype subjects after the experiment is AA,VV genotype change significantly,so the AV genotypes can be considered as reduced fat genetic markers. |
