With the development of market economy and the change of market situation,the state-owned coal enterprises as the main body of the traditional energy industry,its development is also facing a huge challenge,miners situation once again become the focus of the educational world attention and research.To adapt to the requirement of market economy,China's state-owned coal mining enterprises reform unceasingly,especially in the aspects of employment,different types of workers into the production line to complete work tasks.This paper is base on this background,with Bourway's factory regime theory as the theoretical analysis framework the state-owned coal mining enterprises-HJ company,selected the L county,in Shanxi Province as the research object.Though field investigation,writer have a thorough understanding on the labor process of the enterprise's coal mine workers,trying to answer the following questions:first,the state-owned coal mining enterprises how to form the factory regime in the development process?What are the characteristics of this factory regime?Second,the influence factors of factory regime are how to be demonstrate in the relationship between enterprise management and miners?Third,how the factors which is out of the labor process taken by management to achieve control of the miners?According to previous research,the study of labor process is the key to analysis of the management and employee relations,through go in to specific work situations of the mine workers,it can help to understand the characteristics of the state-owned coal mining enterprises factory regimes from microscopic angle.In this paper,writer discussed from the national strength,market forces,labor process and labor reproduction four parts,combined with the analysis of the theory of labor process,take the actual situation of HJ company which is a state-owned coal mining enterprises as a case sample,and adopt the method of semi-structured interview,into the specific working situations of coal mine workers to collect information for research.In terms of research contents,this paper focus on the differentiation control that the state-owned coal enterprise management takes for different groups,and combining with differentiation of miners labor reproduction content,discuss the causes and characteristics of state-owned coal mine enterprise factory regime,and found the differentiation of management control means on the seemingly the same identity miners,thus under a series of control,workers were divided into different groups.According to the coal mine workers ascribed status and the causes of the formation of labor process analyses the differentiation,and explain how managers make use of this differential characteristics in order to reduce the possibility of unity between the laborer,and through the use of time and space differentiation control,technical control and system control,emotional control means to further strengthen the differences between each other,and building the interests and consensus with different miners,in order to create more economic benefits.This paper argues that with the development of social transformation,various workers who have different social classes and social background were organized into state-owned coal enterprise,management will be through the use of the differential background,control work progress to improve labor productivity.At the same time,the labor process continuously strengthened,the management of the state-owned coal mining enterprises appear differentiation,with development of social transformation,the factory regime of state-owned coal mining enterprises in our country is not single,but a differentiation.
