Intervention On Individual Case Of The Employment Dilemma Of The Children Of State-owned Coal Mine Employees

Most of the state-owned coal mine areas are remote,the living environments are relatively independent and closed.Due to the particularity of employment issue of the children of state-owned coal mine employees in the past,many children of employees have chosen to rely on coal mines to obtain employment for a long time.However,the changes in social environment and employment situation make a considerable number of children who wish to return to coal mine have to face the reality of going out of the coal mines and to the society,achieve employment through a variety of ways independently.As a result of the employment concept,employment ability,the surrounding environment and other factors,some children show different levels of employment dilemma,are difficult to boldly go out,and employment has stalled.Aiming at this realistic problem,the children of coal mine employees in a state-owned coal mine in Shanxi Province are selected as the object of research of the study,the field research is chosen as the main method,two ways are used to collect information by using participatory observation and semi structured interview,based on the investigation and analysis on the background and present situation of the employment dilemma of the children of stated-owned coal mine employees,the researcher then explores individual case intervention,through complete intervention of a typical case to help the service object to change the employment concept,enhance the employment ability,strengthen the employment confidence,and perfect the social support system.It can effectively improve the employment dilemma of the service object,and enhance the ability of her to solve problems independently,then makes a reflection.Based on the angle of social work,the study puts forward some suggestions and prospects for improving the employment dilemma of the children of state-owned coal mine employees from the level of macroscopic social policy,the level of meso community service and the level of microscopic social work intervention in the end,it will not only make a valuable supplement to the theoretical study of the employment of children of stated-owned coal mine employees in the realistic context,but also explore valuable social work practices to guide more children of stated-owned coal mine employees to improve their dilemma in employment,boldly step out of coal mine and better integrate into the society.
