College ideological and political education is the main position and channel to propaganda Marxism Theory in China,undertaking the historical mission of integrating social ideological and political consciousness,standardizing social ideological and political behaviors.College ideological and political education is the "lifeline" of other work in colleges and universities.Since entering 21 st century,constant reforms on college ideological and political education have been made in colleges and universities,which advocate the student-oriented principle and that attention should be paid to the subject position of students in the teaching process,and promote the unity of students' all-round development and personality development.However,during the transitional period of the society,college ideological and political education is still deeply affected by traditional education ideas,which is demonstrated by the simplex indoctrination in the process of education,the uniform teaching management and so on.Can this model adapt to the characteristics of college ideological and political education under the new situation? Can it really promote the students' personalized development and comprehensive development? It is a question that is worth thinking deeply.Governance,rising in the 90's of last century,in recent years,with the influence of the party and the country's theory of policy gradually comes into people's vision,has not only become the common language of the official context,but also the academic term.The idea of multi-centre co-governance and multi-agent negotiation advocated by governance gradually takes into the hearts of the people,which advocates that the object of governance should be included in the governance system to build a multi-cooperation-interactive governance system.Therefore,based on previous researches,this thesis draws lessons from the concept and characteristics of the governance,constructing a new model of college ideological and political education mode to provide the ideological and political education with a new perspective for study,and help to solve the predicament of college ideological and political education.This thesis divides into five parts.The first part is introduction,which makes an analysis of the research purpose and significance,research status,research methods and innovations.This thesis pinpoints the research status of college ideological and political education from the perspective of governance and the relationship between the related concepts and discussion factors to lay a foundation for the discussion.The second part defines the related concepts of governance,which provides a feasible support for the whole thesis.The third part analyzes in detail the status quo of college ideological and political education from the achievements obtained,challenges faced and difficulties met from the perspective of governance,which opens a door for the fourth part to carry out specific essay.The fourth part puts forward some innovative measures pertainingto college ideological and political education on the basis of the first two parts by comparative analysis and from the perspective of governance.It is the focus and the breakthrough point of the whole thesis,which puts forward innovative measures from following four aspects: paying much attention to the uniqueness of the object of college ideological and political education,cultivating multiple subjects of governance of college ideological and political education,accelerating the rules governing of college ideological and political education and constructing the publicity of college ideological and political education.The fifth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the thesis and makes a reflection of and looks forward to the innovation of college ideological and political education under the perspective of governance.
