| As a compulsory course for college students,ideological and political education,designed to help students establish the correct world outlook,the outlook on life and values,is a critical path to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism cause with Chinese characteristics.In recent years,the communist party of China and our country have attached great importance to the ideological and political education work,remarkable achievements have been made in terms of publicity and specific measures.But on average,there are some problems in China’s ideological and political education work,for example,the political quality is not high,the psychological quality is poor,the utilitarianism is heavier,the sense of competition is stronger,moral cognition and behavior are inconsistent and so on.From the perspective of the education ecology to analyze the actual effect of university ideological and political education,it can not only broaden our view,but also enhance the effectiveness of university ideological and political education.It plays an important role in the subject construction and practice of ideological and political education of college students.As an emerging subject,the origin,the formation and development of education ecology is relatively late.It is a science about ecology theory applied in the field of education by studying all kinds of education,analyzing its reason,revealing the essential connection between education and the external environment,between the elements of education,and mastering the rules of the development of education so as to indicate trend and direction of the development of education.Its content mainly includes the ecological environment of the education,educational ecosystems and the phenomenon of ecological balance and imbalance of the education,behavioral ecology of the education,the basic principle and law of education ecology and so on.By using the theory and method of education ecology to analyzing and enhancing the effectiveness of university ideological and political education can provide theoretical reference and methods of instruction for university ideological and political education,and it is the historical and realistic choice for university ideological and political education.Analyze the causes of low efficiency of Ideological and political education in university by using the ecology of education,we can find out the ecological environment imbalances of the ideological and political education,the imbalance of the relationship between the subjects,the imbalance the education theory between social practice;we can find out that the goals of the current ideological and political education is excessive competition and excessive utilitarianism;we can find out media of the ideological and political education ecosystem is relatively lagging;we also can find out that the education rhythm relies too much on the classroom teaching in the ideological and political education.On the way to explore ways to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in China,we can use the ecological niche theory of the education ecology,behavioral ecology theory of the education ecology,the rule of ecological chains of the education ecology,dynamic balance of the education ecology to establish the concept of co-evolution and virtuous circle of education,optimize student acceptance mechanism,strengthen the construction of high-quality teachers,develop a good interaction of intersubjectivity,enhance the diversity of ideological and political education methods in university,creat a favorable social environment,strengthen the interaction between the collegeswith families,set up a harmonious campus cultural environment. |
