Information technology into all aspects of social life. The educational information makes mathematic teachers need to realize the integration of mathematic teaching and technology in the class teaching,so that the theory of TPACK emerged. Based on the theory of TPACK, this paper makes a survey and analysis on the level of TPACK of novice teachers and skilled teachers, and makes in-depth interview with teachers about the causes which are influenced the teachers' TPACK level.Findings:1. Novice teachers' TPACK level is lower than the skilled teachers' .2. Graduated from the comprehensive institutions of the novice teachers'TPACK level lower than graduated frorm the normal institutions of the novice teacher.3. On CK, PK,PCK, TCK, TPK these five parts, novice teachers' level is lower than the skilled teachers' . But on the TK part, novice teachers'level is higher than the skilled teachers'.According to the results of the TPACK level test scale and the problems reflected in the interview, the strategies to enhance the level of mathematic teachers TPACK are as follows;1. In the teacher training stage, increase the proportion of teachers'education courses, reasonable arrangements for the course sequence and time;2. To create a teacher TPACK communication platform;3. Regular training of teachers on the TPACK knowledge;4. To carry out learning activities based on class teaching context;5. The establishment of teacher mobility academic group, visit the school exchange experience.
