In the highly educated model of quality education,music has always been a very important branch of different subjects,which is an indispensable subject in the stage of basic education.The quality of music teachers is often determined by the success or failure of education practice.The primary music teachers' training,as a basic education on the stage of music teacher training,related to the quality of comprehensive and intensive China's basic education.In the last eightieth and ninetieth century,the state government had launched the undergraduate educational level of primary school teachers pre-service training and experimental units.So far,although our undergraduate education level primary school music teacher training is still at the initial development,we have acquired a lot of excellent experience,in the future,the primary school music teacher pre-service training will break new ground gradually and lay the solid foundation for the future development of music education.This paper is divided into four chapters:Introductio: firstly,the author introduces the reasons,purposes and the meaning of this article.Then introduce the research objects,the research methods.Secondly,try to explain the related theories such as "teacher professional development","practical-reflective perspectives" and "Teacher pre-service training".Lastly,classify the research situation.The first chapter: Taking the Musicology undergraduate and postgraduate students of Minnan Normal University as an example of this study.Starting from the training program of the pre-service training stage of primary school music teachers,and to choose the two levels of diploma training programs to analyze the practical knowledge of curriculum and the main practical teaching links.In the second chapter,according to the preliminary results of the training plans in the first chapter,the questionnaire survey and the sample interview are carried out for the teachers of musicology,and new primary music teachers are interviewed.Summarizing the results of the two surveys and providing a realistic basis for the study.In the third chapter: according to the results of the two previous chapters,thepaper analyzes the characteristics,the mode of operation and the environmental construction of the pre-service training of the primary school music teachers base on the "practical-reflective perspectives".This paper utilizes the "practical-reflective perspectives" of the teacher professional development theory as the theoretical basis.Through the collection of information and analysis of the music major of Minnan Normal University,combined with the questionnaire survey and interview of the students major in music teaching,this paper tries to find out the shortcomings of the pre-service training of primary school music teachers,and puts forward the strategies,the mode of operation and the environment construction of pre-service training of primary school music teachers,and provides some suggestions on how to improve the quality of primary school music teachers.Finally,try to provides the theoretical and practical basis for the theoretical research on the pre-service training of primary school music teachers.
