A Study On The Long-term Mechanism Of Cultivating Socialism Core Values In Local Industry Characteristics Of Colleges And Universities

The concept of "socialist core value system" was first proposed in 6th Plenary Session of the 16 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,in which the Resolution on Major Issues Regarding the Building of a Harmonious Socialist Society was adopted.The Resolution profoundly reveals the ideological connotation and practical requirements of a strategic task,namely constructing socialist core value system.Then,the socialist core value which mainly contains "three advocates" was clearly put forward from the state,society and individual as the starting point in the 18 th meeting of the party,as the norms and values of national development,promotion and practice in China.As the builders and the main forces of socialist cause in China,as well as the important forces to achieve "Chinese dream" strategic task in the future,the ideological and political quality and value orientation of contemporary college students is not only related to their own growth,but also related to social progress and development,so as to the state and the nation's future and destiny.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the socialist core values education of college students under the current situation.The colleges and universities with local industry characteristics is an important part of our university system.It undertakes the important tasks of cultivating all-round developed talented person and serving the local political and economic development with its cultural characteristics and unique advantages in the industry,so we must firmly grasp the initiative of ideological education work,adhere to the mission of morality education,paying attention to the clever fusion of regional culture and industry culture,innovative multi subject education leadership system,focused on building long-term mechanism of education,to effectively enhance the effectiveness of local industry characteristics in the socialist core values of education,and actively guide the contemporary college students become the core values of socialism faith,advocate and practitioner.In this paper,under the guidance of Marx theory,on the basis of the principle of Ideological and political education system,the integrated use of literature analysis,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method to carry out research,and by means of literature,empirical investigation through questionnaires and obtain investigation results analysis of the current situation of local colleges with industry characteristics of the education of socialist core values and expounds the basic principles and theoretical basis of constructing the socialist core values of long-term mechanism,discusses the reality of the plight of the current local colleges with industry characteristics to construct the socialist core value concept facing long-term mechanism and problems and put forward with modern,effective and scientific countermeasures and path.Specifically,the full text is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,including the research background,research significance,research methods and research innovation,research status at home and abroad,research and development trends.The second part is elaborates the related concept of local colleges and universities with characteristics of socialist core values education involved;secondly in order to tease out the development of local colleges with industry characteristics of the education of socialist core values,and on the basis of the entire development process,summed up the basic experience of the development of Education;influence factors of education again is on the socialist core value from three perspectives: social environment,school education and family education are analyzed and expounded.The third part is to summarize the long-term mechanism of cultivating the core values of socialism with local industry characteristics.Firstly,the paper points out the significance of the long-lasting mechanism of cultivating the core values of socialism with the characteristics of the local industry and the theory and practice.Secondly,the long-term mechanism of socialist core values is comprehensively interpreted from the three aspects of the main content,theoretical basis and construction principle.The fourth part is the difficulty of full text,which relies on empirical investigation.Taking part of the six industry characteristics of Chongqing University students as the sample group,by issuing questionnaires,collecting comprehensive and detailed questionnaire data and conducting empirical research,further analysis of the local industry characteristics of the university cultivating the core values of the long-term mechanism of socialism,and in-depth study of the reasons for summing up the problems.The fifth part is the focus of the full text,to undertake the fourth part of empirical research,more elaborate on the local industry characteristics of universities foster the socialist core values of long-term mechanism of the path countermeasures.According to the overall requirement of constructing the long-term mechanism of socialist core values,aiming at the characteristics,cultural characteristics,educational methods and the current situation and problems of cultivating college students ' core values,the construction paths and countermeasures are put forward from four aspects,such as working system,operating mechanism,evaluating mechanism and cultivating innovation of practice activities.
