Research On The Evaluation Of The Socialist Core Values Education In Colleges And Universities

The educational evaluation of the socialist core values is an important part of socialist core values education in Colleges and Universities.This article is guided by Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.On the basis of research in the basic theory of education evaluation of socialist core values,this article explored mainly the construction and application of the index system in educational evaluation of the socialist core values,and provided theoretical and practical guidance for further promoting the cultivation and practice of socialist core values.The evaluation of socialist core values education in Colleges and Universities is a process of value judgment on the work and effect of socialist core values education in Colleges and universities by combining quantitative and qualitative methods based on certain evaluation index system,by the administrative departments,educational supervision and scientific research institutions of the state.The ideological resource of the research on the evaluation of values education comes from the thoughts of ancient Chinese,Marxist classical writers and Chinese Communists on the evaluation of values education.Marx's philosophy,education,ideological and political education are the theoretical basis and guiding ideology of the research on the evaluation of values education.The realistic basis for educational evaluation is Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,socialist core values education policy and the work of values education in Colleges and Universities.The evaluation index system of socialist core values education in Colleges and universities is the core issue of the evaluation research.The evaluation index system is composed of evaluation index,weight and evaluation criteria.Among them,the educational work of socialist core values in Colleges and universities and the educational effect of socialist core values in Colleges and universities constitute two first-level indicators.Organization and leadership,system construction,education and teaching,practical activities and cultural construction,Students' actual effect,school style and school appearance,and social effect constitute eight secondary indicators.The secondary indicators have 28 tertiary indicators.On this basis,AHP method is used to determine the weights of each indicator.The scientificity and operability of the evaluation index system was proved by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,with a university in Heilongjiang Province as the research object.Effectiveness evaluation of value education in Colleges and universities is an important part of the evaluation of value education in Colleges and universities.It is an inevitable choice to adapt to the change of education evaluation from "supplier-oriented" to "demand-oriented".In this paper,the evaluation of the actual effectiveness of the socialist core values education in Heilongjiang's colleges and universities was taken as an example,a practical evaluation system of socialist core values education in Colleges and universities was established by interview,questionnaire and statistical analysis,design a questionnaire for evaluating the actual effectiveness of socialist core values education in Colleges and universities was designed by the Likert's 5-point Self-evaluation Scale,statistical analysis and scientific demonstration of the questionnaire was conducted by SPSS 19.0,a large-scale evaluation in ten colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province was carried out,and the results and attributions of the questionnaire was analyzed.Then,on this basis,some countermeasures were put forward to enhance the effectiveness of socialist core values education in Colleges and universities from the perspective of system theory.In the end,the long-term mechanism of the evaluation of the socialist core values education in Colleges and universities was explored from the perspective of the future development of the evaluation of the socialist core values education to promote the transformation of the evaluation theory and practical results of the socialist core values education in this paper.The long-term evaluation mechanism of socialist core values education in Colleges and universities is composed of organization and leadership mechanism,implementation and operation mechanism,supervision and management mechanism,power guarantee mechanism and feedback application mechanism.A long-term mechanism for evaluation should be established to create a new prospect for the evaluation of socialist core values in Colleges and universities.
