The reasoning ability is one of the important aims of senior high school mathematics curriculum,which also is the basic literacy essential of social citizens in the informational society.The development of students' ability of reasoning will be one of the core objectives consulted by the "ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standard(Experiment)",and the "ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standards(Revised)",which is based on the core competence will be one of the the key ability included in the reasoning ability of students to develop core literacy.Since September 2008 Henan province enter the high school mathematics curriculum reform,which has last more than eight years.It has to have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the development of senior high school students' reasoning ability,and then proposed the improvement countermeasure,which has its realistic significance and practical value.This study is based on the questionnaire survey method,supplemented by literature review,interviews and data analysis.Firstly,based on reading a lot of literature and the design of the questionnaire and interview outline,the results of domestic recognized reasoning conducted a questionnaire survey on 244 senior students(220 effective papers),and interviews 5 teachers and 30 students,the survey data were analyzed using the statistical software,get some conclusions.The investigation results show that:The first,the level of mathematical reasoning development of 1 grade three students have differences in mathematics knowledge test,liberal arts students,science students the average total score was 37.36 points,53.59 points,girls,boys of average total score was 50.33 points,58.95 points,science students than liberal arts students,boys better than girls;The second,the plausible reasoning ability and the deductive reasoning ability development is not balanced,liberal arts students,science students,boys and girls in the reasoning part the average score was16.89 points,21.96 points,22.44 points,17.58 points in the deductive reasoning part the average score was11.04 points,13.05 points,12.09 points,12.06 points,plausible reasoning capacity is better than deduction;The third,senior 3 high school students to distinguish ability of plausible reasoning and deductivereasoning lack,according to the survey results show that some topics to fill,more than half of the students are not the correct classification of the test.In order to improve the development of the reasoning ability of senior high school students better,puts forward some suggestions for improvement:The first,the balanced development of the 1 proposed three daily mathematics teaching concerns the ability of reasoning and plausible reasoning and deductive reasoning ability.This is the need of the college entrance examination for students in the future of sustainable development is very important.After all,the discovery and creation depends on the ability of plausible reasoning,deductive reasoning and the main function is to verify the truth;The second,we suggested that the development of reasoning ability into mathematics courses in various fields,but is not limited to geometric reasoning.In particular,focus on algebraic reasoning,the simultaneous development of statistical inference and geometric reasoning,in order to effectively improve the overall level of reasoning ability;The third,we should pay attention to the balanced development of mathematical inference ability of different groups of students pay attention to their aptitude;3 equally plausible reasoning and deductive reasoning,both theory and practice;The fouth,we have to further improve the high school mathematics teachers' understanding level for the reasoning ability of the core content of curriculum standards and grasp the skills,strengthen teacher training,improve the high school mathematics teacher's curriculum implementation level.The fifth,in the process of mathematics teaching in high school everyday,the ability cultivation and development and access to knowledge and skills of harmony and unity,to the teaching process of knowledge and skills as cultivating the ability of the carrier,to the ability of development as accelerator students to master knowledge and skills,thus effectively improve the teaching level,enhance mathematics literacy of the students.6 ability to establish evaluation system,and the evaluation results as a reference to one of the national selection of personnel,teachers and students pay attention to the cultivation of the ability and level of development.
