This paper uses the eight rows Yao traditional culture in North Guangdong Province and rural education as the main research objects,through the perspective of educational anthropology to analyses the relationship between the Pai Yao traditional culture and the rural education.The paper wants to analyses the traditional morality,culture and the relationships with local rural education.It analyzes Guangdong Province eight rows of Yao nationality's traditional education,basic education,national education and cultural inheritance,problems and adjustment of the Pai Yao's rural education systematically.The first chapter focuses on the theories relate to the anthropology of Education,and summarized the existing research results.The second chapter uses the perspective of ethnographic to show the history and life of eight rows of Yao ethnic group in Northern Guangdong,including the ethnic sources,population distribution,natural environment and folk lore of the eight rows of Yao.The third chapter,mainly studies on the Pai Yao traditional education,from the Pai Yao family and community education.The fourth chapter,it investigates the Pai Yao rural education teachers,students,student academic records and the community's focus on rural education in eight rows of Yao,the effect of modern technology on rural education,and so on.This chapter also shows local population attitudes of rural education and the status of rural education in the people's daily life,the rural education in the minds of local elites through the voices of local people to the real,in order to reflect the relationship between rural education and local community.The fifth chapter,it mainly analyses the heritage and conservation status of the Pai Yao ethnic culture of the rural education.This study found that,before the popular of school education,the Pai Yao traditional family had long fit to their own culture and community education system requirements.When the modern school education standardized teaching mode in the Pai Yao area implemented,to a certain extent,it destroyed the original set of cultural acquisition system.The knowledge and culture were imparted during the school education does not fit the daily demand of the Pai Yao people.It leads to separation of Pai Yao area school education and its own traditional culture and community education for a long time,it is difficult to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of students learning.
