Values are the fundamental value judgment system of a person,a person's important thought kernel,which has an important guiding effect on their behavior.Values,therefore,are of great importance to one's growth.College students are successors of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,in the practice of "China dream" have a vital role,the process of the core values of college students correctly or not,decide the future growth of the college students,also affect the future of our country's socialist modernization construction.At present,the social mainstream values are the socialist core values,to cultivate benchmark on socialist core values,the socialist core values as the template or templates,combining the reality of higher education,including the cultivation and practice of education on college students work,eventually make students form the correct values,the college students values shaped,is an important task of colleges and universities,we call this process the molding of the undergraduates' values.At present,represented by WeChat,weibo micro propagation profoundly change the way of information dissemination in today's society,with its convenient mode,the spread of the fission advantages become the mainstream mode of information communication,can say,micro era has come.The advent of the era of micro widen the channel of information for college students,enrich the students' expression,also bring many bad content,including all kinds of wrong ideas,wrong idea of the retrofit and various harmful information.These unhealthy contents erode the college students' thoughts,influence the mold of college students' values,and pose an unprecedented threat to the security of university ideology.In this case,how to find out the law of the era of information dissemination,analyzes the harm of inappropriate content,it seeks to strengthen college students' values in the era of micro molding,is particularly critical.Based on this,the paper from a comprehensive understanding of the connotation and characteristics,micro era in the age of about the present situation of college students' values and micro molding undergraduates' values,etc,on the basis of full understanding of Anhui Vocational and Technical College and Chaohu University conducted a questionnaire survey of 500 college students,and the survey results are analyzed and summarized.On the basis of investigation and study,puts forward the strengthening of socialist core values education,strengthening the positive effect of micro molding time values channels,improve the student's own immunity,and comprehensively improve the micro molding time values channel management mechanism from four aspects of countermeasures.Based on investigation and research work on the basis of the paper is aimed at finding a micro era problems existing in the molding process of undergraduates' values,put forward effective countermeasures,better service to college students' values molding,serve for cultivating modern talents with correct values.
