Research On Effect Of Ideological And Political Education In College Students' Enterprise Education

With the reform of the educational system in colleges and universities,the number of graduates of colleges increases every year.It is imminent to solve the unemployment problems of graduates.As an effective way to relieve the employment pressure,quality cultivate entrepreneurship of college students is an inevitable choice to realize the national economic and social development and the long-term and efficient development of higher education.Combined with China's national conditions,quality cultivate entrepreneurship of college students not only can develop entrepreneurial skills,but also college students should pay attention to quality and moral cultivation. Stimulating college students' entrepreneurial awareness,developing college students' entrepreneurship ability and improving college students' entrepreneurial psychological quality are not only the keys to implemente college students' quality cultivate entrepreneurship.Therefore,combining entrepreneurship education with the ideological and political education is that comply with era inevitable choice of development.This article defines the concept, meaning and element of college students' quality cultivate entrepreneurship and gives a more comprehensive description of the connotation and function of ideological and political education.Basing on that, the article discusses the relationship of ideological and political education and college students' quality cultivate entrepreneurship to provides theoretical foundation and research base to build a more perfect college students' quality cultivate entrepreneurship education mode. This article analyzes ideological deviation and insufficient model innovation of the ideological and political education in college students' quality cultivate entrepreneurship,to conclude the reasons why the theory research of ideological and political education in college students' quality cultivate entrepreneurship is lack of attention and still needs further study.Then strengthening the role of ideological and political education in college students' quality cultivate entrepreneurship from three big aspects:the innovation of the modeled,the construction of personalized and the guarantee of promote,also providing ideas to college students' quality cultivate entrepreneurship education mode.This paper puts forward several feasible measures for China's sustainable development of college students' quality cultivate entrepreneurship to ensure the ideological and political education plays an effective and permanent role in college students' quality cultivate entrepreneurship,to promote training high creative talents in China,to achieve a higher quality of employment and to promote the construction of an innovative country.
