Research On The Ideological And Political Education For College Students' Psychological Characteristics Based "Micro Era"

Micro era,based on the media such as microblog,WeChat,micro-vision,is characterized with the compactness and concision of cultural transmission.The rise of micro era not only has a far-reaching impact on the psychological characteristics and behaviors of college students,but brings new opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.How to enhance ideological and political education based on the psychological features of college students in the micro era has been an important problem facing colleges and universities at present.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research and comparative analysis,multi-disciplinary research and other social science research methods.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is an introduction which involves research background and research significance of the article,and then summarizes the psychological features of college students under the influence of micro era at home and abroad.The second part discusses the definition of micro era and pertinent characteristics of it,then proceeds to explore the shared psychological characteristics of college students in the micro era chiefly from three dimensions,viz.students' individual behaviors,their thinking modes,as well as their emotional cognitive characteristics.The third part principally analyzes the opportunities and challenges of ideological and political education in the new era from the perspective of major participant in higher education,education contents,educational carrier,educational environment etc.The fourth part attempts to investigate the existing problems encountered in ideological and political education of college students based on the features of micro era and the resulting psychological characteristics of college students.The main problem is that ideological and political education workers lack the knowledge of micro era.Besides,the education contents and methods failed to meet the psychological characteristics and needs of college students and some junk information can also impact on the ideological and political education.In view of the above problems,the analysis shows three reasons: the ideological and political education workers' awareness of media literacy is insufficient;the related media supervision system is not perfect;college students usually show poor self-control over the Internet.The fifth part is the highlight of the article which puts forward corresponding measures to satisfy the psychological needs of college students and effectively improve the ideological and political education according to the psychological characteristics of college students under the micro-era.Solutions are given mainly from four aspects: micro-media in colleges,micro-transmission channels,micro-era college environment and the popular applications in micro era.First,E-class should be flexibly used to innovate the methods of ideological andpolitical education.Second,we should set up micro-platform to promote the virtuous cycle of equality,mutual assistance and harmony between teachers and students in daily life.Third,we must build the material environment that centers on campus environment,as well as the spiritual environment that is led by the core socialist values.Fourth,popular application such as microblogging,WeChat,micro-vision and micro-class,can be used in the micro era to boost the influence and timeliness of ideological and political education.
