Current Situation And Path Selection Of College Construction In Shaoxing University

With the development of economic society and the reform of higher education system in our country,more and more colleges and universities are constantly innovating the teaching mode so as to cultivate more excellent talents for the society.However,how cultivate talents with high quality has been the focus and difficulty of college education.In recent years,Shaoxing University and some domestic colleges and universities have carried on the bold innovation to the academy system in recent years and explores the establishment of new student management mode.As a kind of education system,college system has a profound historical background although the college system in different historical backgrounds have different characteristics of education,which is a strong role in promoting to colleges and universities.How fully exploit and innovate the educational system has become an urgent problem to be solved in some colleges and universities.We begin to further study the problems existing in the pilot colleges and universities and provide theoretical guidance for the implementation of college system that has become an important issue for the current management system on colleges and universities.We deals with the academy of the related theory basis to clarify the concept of the academy using literature research method,comparative analysis method,investigation method of the questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation method,multi-disciplinary comprehensive research method,to domestic and foreign university college building and experience as the starting point to analyze the background of the historical evolution of the college and new college system.The study deeply analyzes the construction situation and existing problems of Shaoxing University and further explores some effective ways of college construction.The paper draws the following conclusions through this study:Shaoxing University should accelerate the pace of college construction,it should be comprehensive and effective integration of resources through the following measures to further increase the college construction.The college should set up the idea of holistic education pursuit,reasonable choice of college mode;the implementation of security,we should reduce administration promoting the autonomy;We should straighten out the relationship between administrative departments and professional college,establish an information sharing mechanism;We should be adhere to the combination of students’autonomy and guidance of teachers,reasonably set college management mechanism,and constantly improve the mechanism construction of college;We should combine with the credit system,the establishment of college general education curriculum system;We should combine with the title assessment,we should strengthen college students participation for the implementation of College Tutor System with reasonable layout of hardware environment,we should enrich the college cultural activities and implicit education play power,optimization of college life atmosphere to promote the sustainable development of the college system completely.
