Research On The Inheritance And Development Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage From The Perspective Of A Single County Hongquan

National traditional sports is a unique nation,after the baptism of history,"its essence,to its dregs" inherited national sports culture in general;national traditional sports embodies the soul of a country and nation,on behalf of the state and the nation's traditional sports culture.[1]This is a large national intangible cultural heritage,is China's unique national traditional sports culture.Shanxian County is the famous "hometown of martial arts Chinese",as early as Xianfeng fist on Qingwen were popular in the Shanxian County area,and continues today.Shanxian County this was a very unique local national traditional sports,is the excellent natAfter 90 s of last century,with the development of social network and intelligent technology,and the impact of foreign culture,the people of Shanxian County to Hongquan know less and less.Some old boxer died,the inheritance and development of Shanxian County Hongquan began to decline,even in the face of lost position.With the national attention to the intangible cultural heritage in Shanxian County in 2014,this was included in the Shandong city of Heze province intangible cultural heritage,but the inheritance and development of the national traditional sports of the dilemma is not fundamentally solve.In view of this,is the inheritance and development of Shanxian County ordered big fist,the inheritance and development of Shanxian County need to be concerned about this.This article is from the intangible cultural heritage from the perspective of research,inheritance and development of Shanxian County Hongquan,to provide effective means and practical guide to the inheritance and development of national traditional sports of the intangible cultural heritage in Shandong province.The author through the literature method,interview method,field investigation method and logic analysis method;from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage,combing with the comprehensive analysis of the inheritance and development of Shanxian County Hongquan,learn from other related research results,from the following aspects:First carries on the analysis to the Shanxian County heritage level and development level of the big fist.The inheritance level is mainly analyzed from the inheritance mode of inheritance,cultural level and income level,age,people's consciousness of inheritance and the impact of foreign culture;the development level is mainly from the analysis of the impact of foreign culture,communication,innovation,and theassociation of martial arts routines and support of the government of Shanxian County hongquan.Secondly,the study found that Shanxian County fist inheritance exists a single mode,low level of cultural heritage and low income,high age,people's inheritance consciousness,foreign culture affects people's choice of consciousness and so on;there are influenced by foreign culture development,mode of transmission to keep pace with the times,the creation of the weak the martial arts association,and have been closed,the government support is insufficient.Because Shanxian County fist boxer and government departments do not introduce a new way of inheritance,culture nor the inheritors of professional and cultural level,no heritage of special funds,the government's lack of publicity and the impact of foreign culture and other reasons,resulting in Shanxian County City Taijiquan inheritance dilemma.Third,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the above problems and reasons:(1)the government should build the macro management mechanism of Shanxian County hongquan.Make big fist "Shanxian County protection regulations",the establishment of the association,a form of management of Shanxian County Hongquan governmental support ";set up a special fund to support the Shanxian County Hongquan inheritance and development,protect the heritage of the people living standard,the introduction of professional talent,encourage to participate in competitions,performances and award winners,the expansion of Shanxian County fist visibility using;" intellectual property rights "and establish training base,strengthen the training and protection of the heritage;Shanxian County fist into the campus,carrying out school-based curriculum,expand Shanxian County fist visibility and influence to improve the students' interest.(2)Department of Shanxian County Wushu culture available game to promote Shanxian County fist cultural exchange.Organize national competitions and performances,and the other boxer to wuhui,mutual learning and exchange;the development of diversified publicity channels,use of TV media and network media broadcast Culture Festival,performances,competitions,strengthen the propaganda;use cultural and Commercial Industrial Park,experience base and training base of modern commercial marketing promotion in Shanxian County this;by "bringing in" the way of innovation of wushu.(3)to foster Shanxian County boxing heritage.Into the school tradition,group inheritance,social inheritance in various forms,rich traditional heritage;the introduction of professional talent,professional knowledge and modern network knowledge training and guidance for the boxer,strengthening teachers;flexible use of modern teaching methods,improve the inheritance system and standard;organize and improve routine,and the establishment of digital library.Fourth,the comprehensive development and inheritance mode.The establishment of the heritage of the training model,the new model of intellectual property rights,the Museum model,stage performance model,experiential marketing model,school curriculum teaching model and cultural complex model.Finally,some suggestions are put
