| Culture is the lifeblood of an ethnic group and can reflect the cultural characteristics of an ethnic group.Manchu overlord whip in Longhua County is a traditional ethnic sports event spread in the north.Manchu overlord whip is also known as "earth falling son".Overlord whip culture appeared in temple fairs,sacrifices and other ceremonies before the success of World Heritage application.With the change and development of the times,it has been given higher cultural value.After the successful application for the world heritage,the inheritance field and mode of Manchu overlord whip have been changed,and the protection and inheritance of this ethnic sports culture have been pushed to a new situation with the joint efforts of the government,academia and the people.This paper analyzes and studies the inheritance and protection of Manchu overlord whip before and after the successful World Heritage application,and then finds the achievements and deficiencies of Manchu overlord whip in protection and inheritance after the successful World Heritage application,so as to prepare for the high-quality development of its protection and inheritance.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature,field investigation and interview,takes the provincial intangible cultural heritage Manchu overlord whip as the research object,and discusses the composition and responsibilities of its inheritance subject and protection subject,inheritance mode and the change of inheritance field according to the historical order of "the historical origin of Manchu overlord whip in Longhua County-before the success of World Heritage Application-after the success of World Heritage Application".This study holds that the protection of Longhua Manchu overlord whip has been effectively implemented after its successful application for the world heritage,and has achieved remarkable results in the protection of culture.At the same time,there are also a series of problems.Achievements:（1）after the successful application for the world heritage,the inheritance mode of Manchu overlord whip has changed from folk festivals to multiple inheritance modes of schools,community organs and protection demonstration areas,and the audience group of overlord whip project has gradually changed to popularization;（2）After the successful application for the world heritage,with the joint efforts of the government,academia and the people,the living environment of the Manchu overlord whip has been effectively improved,and then the government has formed relevant laws and regulations for protection,allocated special funds and established a cultural brand.Problems:（1）the heirs of Manchu overlord whip are aging.In the inheritance of Manchu overlord whip in campus and community,there are problems of lack of teachers,lack of standardization of teaching and aging of heirs;（2）The digital protection of overlord whip needs to be implemented,and the imperfect digital protection will not be conducive to the long-term development of the project;（3）The identification and protection mechanism of inheritors need to be improved.The lack of general inheritor status will hinder the development of Manchu overlord whip culture;（4）In the process of development,in order to seek popularization and promotion,the Manchu overlord whip gradually changed its original movements to meet the needs of the times,but it also brought the problem of "distortion" of overlord whip technology.In view of the problems existing in the protection of Manchu overlord whip,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:（1）improve the awareness of digital protection and implement the digital protection related work of Manchu overlord whip,so that people can understand the most real overlord whip culture;（2）Adopting the principle of inheritance and development of overlord whip,the routine programs of Manchu overlord whip can integrate new elements of the times and seek higher development.However,for the inheritance level,the inheritance process of overlord whip needs to retain its traditional actions and form a reasonable reward system to promote the development of traditional sports culture;（3）Strengthen the protection and training of general inheritors.While protecting the survival of general inheritors,we should also cultivate new inheritors and improve their skills and teaching level of overlord whip;（4）In the aspect of identifying the successor of overlord whip,we need to investigate at multiple levels and strictly control the conditions for its selection;（5）To improve the management quality of overlord whip special protection funds,the protection funds given by the central and local governments need to be transparent to ensure the investment effect of funds.At the same time,expand the economic value for its long-term development. |
