| Communist Party of China(CPC)has always attached great importance to strictly manage the Party.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with comrade Xi as the core has put forward the strategic plan of "comprehensively and strictly managing the party",especially after the discussion of comprehensively and strictly managing the party"during the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC,it was given the new eraconnotation and historical height.Ideals and beliefs are the spiritual pillar and political soul of the Communist Party members,and the ideals and beliefs of the Communist Party members are the cornerstone of the Party.Therefore,how to carry out the education of the ideals and beliefs of college students in the background of strict governance is a major mission facing the colleges and universities today.College student Party members are the ideological pioneers among all college students and party members;they are activists in action;they are the pioneers and models of college students in the new era;they are our Party's most important reserve force and the backbone of the future social development.However,under the influence of the western hostile forces,the Internet,the market economy society and many other factors,driven by the interests of some,college students are corrupted by hedonism,money worship and individualism and other harmful thoughts.The fading ideals and beliefs,the single education method,the development of the diverse society,combined with the failure to catch up with the innovative era actively have brought obstacles to the education.All of the above are worthy of reflecting on for the teaching staff nowadays.We must re-examine the currenteducational and teaching philosophy,teaching content and teaching path of the ideals and beliefs of college students.Based on the current condition of ideals and beliefs of college student party members and previous researches on them,through questionnaires,discussions and interviews and other ways,this papercollectsvast data in order to further conduct in-depth analysis of college students party members ideals and beliefs and strengthen the ideal and faith education path of college student Party members.This paper is divided into four parts to carry out research: the first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the purpose and significance of the study,research status,methods and innovation.In the second chapter,after defining the concept of ideals and beliefs,this part further discusses their theoretical basis and the inevitability of the ideal and belief education.The main parts of this paper are the third and the fourth chapter,through the questionnaires,discussions,interviews and other different ways,the author conducts a comprehensive survey of college students party members ideal faith education under the background of comprehensively manage the Party.The authorchooses Nanchang University,Jiangxi Agricultural University,Jingdezhen Ceramic University,Xinyu College,Shangrao Normal College,Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology Polytechnic,Jiangxi Normal University Institute of Science and Technology,Jiangxi Foreign Language Vocational College,Jiangxi Industrial Engineering Vocational College,Jiangxi Modern Vocational and Technical College and other ten colleges as a research units,issued 1000 copies of questionnaire,and invited one of the 10 college students party members to a one-on-one interview,and had 30 representatives of college students for discussions,and also carried out discussions with university grass-roots party workers and party Branch secretaries.Therefore,a more comprehensive understanding of college students party members ideal and belief education status can be concluded and the reasons are analyzed.The fourth chapter mainly puts forward the path of strengthening the ideals and beliefs of college student party members from three aspects: subject education,group construction and policy implementation. |
