The Current Situation And Countermeasure Study Of The Party Spirit Education Of University Student Party Members

China enters into a crucial period of overcoming difficulties of the reform and opening-up,with international and domestic situation increasingly severe and the social trend more and more complex.“The Four-Way Test” and “The Four Big Danger” briefly summarizes the new situation and new test that the Chinese Communist Party is confronted with.Nowadays,facing with the complex situation in society and the emerging of the diverse social trend,part of the student party members give rise to the phenomenon of the vacillation of political and ideal beliefs,and the party spirit education of university student party members is confronted with difficulties.Based on such historical background,this thesis proposes to strengthen the theoretical study of party spirit education of university student party members.This thesis conducts the systematic study in four parts: the first part illustrates the basic theory of party spirit education of student party members and the connotation and extension of the party spirit education from the theoretical connotation,components and features of the party spirit education.The second part states the problems of the cultivation of party spirit among student party members and poses the major problems of party spirit education of student party members mainly from the three levels of ideal and belief,value pursuit and political theory foundation.The third part sets forth the reasons for the problems of party spirit education of student party members.The analysis of the reasons bases on the Marxist theory of dialectical materialism and puts forward the problems and reasons of the party spirit education of the current student party members from three levels and three dimensions of society-universities-student party members.The fourth part focuses on the basic approaches to party spirit education of student party members and proposes “Five in One”,the long-term mechanism about the party spirit education of university student party members from the aspects of advantage resource platform co-construction,improvement of the institutional system of the university party spirit education,the content and form of creative party spirit education,perfection of the incentive mechanism of student party members and strengthen the construction of the basic party building in colleges and universities.Through the study in this thesis,the orientation of party spirit education fitting the social development trend can be achieved,party spirit education combining with the characteristics and requirements of the group of party members of university students can be implemented,the comprehensiveness and scientificity of the party spirit education among university party members can be promoted,the group of party members of university students strengthening the sense of participation and recognition of the various causes of the party and the government can be guided,and the cultivation of party spirit among university party members can be advanced,thus providing helpful theoretical reference for the party spirit educational study of party member of university students and even the study of the party spirit theory and the ideological and political education.
