A Grounded Theory Approach To Development Memmotum Of The Compus Football

In recent years, China has paid more attention on how to improve campus football and the related experts also have done many researches on it. Recently, researches about campus football are still in the exploring phase and can't avoid some kinds of blindness.The status of "good start but unsatisfied development" makes us explore the aboriginality,systematicness and accuracy of campus football development urgently.This research combined a new method, grounded theory, with the traditional campus football research. By doing deep interviews with 27 relative subjects, collecting relative information widely, analyzing three different levels codes, we finally constructed a campus football development momentum model which is aboriginal and has realistic meaning. Based on it, we used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to weighted analyze the four dimensions of developing momentum so that we could find the core dimension of the campus soccer development momentum model, which could help us solve the core problem and speed up the development.Conclousions are the following:First,the research showed that culture momentum, decision momentum, operation momemtum and subject momentum were the four dimensions of campus football developed momentum.Second,the weight of culture momentum was 0.643, which showed culture momentum was much more important than other momentums. So constructing campus football cultures had more majority so far.Third,by analyzing the current status and theories of campus football cultures, we found that Chinese campus football culture construction had weakness,which caused mediocre pedagogy, unclear brainstorm, ambiguous decision, week cooperation and blocked international communications.Forth,we also discussed the realistic meaning of strengthening the campus football culture by analyzing the educational function, adaptive function, decision-making function, cooperative function and infiltrated function.Firth,the research put forward the following advice. Firstly, go back to the start and improve the idea of campus football. Secondly, manage by government and extend the audience of campus football. Then, construct unblocked ways for user level to obtain suggestions. Last but not least, construct the cultural innovation and inheritance mechanism based on "immorse internalization” and “acculturation".
