In2009April, theMinistry of education and the State Sports General Administration jointly issued the notice ofcarrying out the national youth campus football activities, took the lead in the44cities ofmore than2000schools for the campus football sports promotion, aimed at the developmentof primary and middle school football,the popularity of football population and thecultivation of reserve talent. This is the first project launched by the Ministry of educationand the State Sports General Administration since the founding of new china. Thecombination of football and education takes the first step, is also a solid step forward. Thisarticle through surveying and analysing the Nanchang City Campus Soccer Sports finds outthe problem, and gives some suggestions and countermeasures to develop the Nanchang CityCampus football better, at the same time contribute to the cultivation of football reservetalent.The article used methods of the questionnaire, expert interview, field investigation,mathematical statistics, literature and so on, the Nanchang City Campus football46keyschools as the object of study, analysised on the the basic situation of the development, fondout the successful experiences and the existing problems, and put forward the correspondingcountermeasures.It aimed at providing a theory basis for the Nanchang City Campus footballto achieve better development.The results show that:at present in the Nanchang City Campus Soccer activities, the pilotschools have good sports field and equipment, the students are positive for participation insoccer sport. However, there also exists some problems. The parents of the students supportstrength is insufficient, and have some bias to the football sports. The coach has low level,and the treatment is not high. Training methods are out of date and back of scientificguidance. There is almost no a high quality competition and sound competition system,lacking of security and evaluation system. According to the current situation of Nanchang City Campus Soccer Sports,it puts forwardsome decisions: make clear the goal of developing campus football sports, strengthen theunderstanding; increase the propaganda strength to make sure the society graduallyunderstanding and accepting the sport, expanding its influence in society; strengthen coachtraining and team building; improve the training level and quality, use scientific methods toguide training; make competition system more perfect; establish the perfect security andevaluationSystem.
