Students with learning difficulties refers to a special group with normal intelligence and primary physiological barrier that affect the ability of cognitive and learning ability don't exist,under the influence of learning basic and non-intelligence factors,academic level in a certain period of time or over a long period can't meet the minimum requirements of curriculum standards.The implementation of quality education in our country requires education to face all students,to improve students' scientific literacy.However,due to various reasons,there are a certain number of students with learning difficulties in schools.With the continuous economic development,great progress of society,people are guaranteed the right to education,the number of students has increased considerably,in this context,the number of students with learning difficulties have also risen sharply.Not only is it a violation of the original intention of the quality education,for family,school and society it is a kind of pressure and burden,and it will limit the long-term development of the part of the students.The high school stage as an important period to lay the foundation for lifelong development,it's very urgent for their transformation.The teaching level in Liangshan has increased year by year,but the number of students with learning difficulties is rising too,which shows that the education of students with learning difficulties is ignored.In order to attract educators paying attention to education with learning difficulties,improve the academic level of them,the author selected a part of classes in grade two as the research object,Combined with the local economic development is relatively backward,more rural students and folk customs and other actual situation,to design the questionnaire,case analysis to investigate the causes of learning difficulties in our school.According to the survey results,the causes of students with learning difficulties are summarized as four aspects:individual,family,school and society,and analyze each aspect in detail.Combined with the existing research results and the author's years of experience in education management,summed up the basic principles that we should follow on the transformation of learning difficulties,and lay the foundation for the transformation of poor students.At last,with the theory of multiple intelligence,the theory of metacognition and the zone of proximal development theory,from the four aspects of learning strategies,teaching strategies,emotional education strategy and environment strategy summarized the transformation strategy of students with learning difficulties,and elaborates in detail so as to achieve the optimal learning difficult students conversion effect.I hope to provide some theoretical and practical basis for the transformation of students with learning difficulties,in order to promote the long-term development of students and teaching level.
