The purpose of education in China requires schools to cultivate talents of a new era who can achieve all-round development in moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education and other aspects.Physics is an important subject to provide students with intellectual education and training.It plays a very important role in the all-round development and personality development of middle school students.In the daily high school physics teaching work,it is not difficult to find that some high school students have difficulties in physics learning,which seriously hinders the development of students.Therefore,the effective transformation of students with physics learning difficulties has become an important teaching practice problem to be solved by educational researchers and workers.From the perspective of learning psychology,this study analyzes the causes of high school students with physics learning difficulties,and designs a set of strategies for the overall transformation of high school students with physics learning difficulties.The main research work is as follows:1.This study combs the research on students with learning difficulties at home and abroad in recent years,and redefines the concept of students with physics learning difficulties:students with normal senses,normal intellectual development of students of the same age,low physics academic performance for a long time,and their mastery of physics knowledge and skills can not meet the requirements of Physics Syllabus.2.The author investigated the learning interest,classroom performance and homework completion of students with physics learning difficulties.Combined with the interview of front-line physics teachers,the author found out the causes of students with physics learning difficulties.3.According to Gagne's individual quality classification theory,students with physics learning difficulties are divided into four types according to the two dimensions of intelligence level and effort: intelligent high diligent physics students,intelligent low diligent physics students,intelligent high slack physics students and intelligent low slack physics students.4.Combining the individual quality classification theory,hierarchical needs theory and motivation theory,this study designs a set of transformation strategies for the overall intervention of students with physics learning difficulties after class.The core measure of this transformation strategy is to train students with physics learning difficulties in strong methods to solve physics problems.At the same time,according to the different types of students with learning difficulties,different measures are taken to stimulate their learning motivation,mainly including: meeting the needs of belonging and love and self-esteem of students with learning difficulties to make them have cognitive needs,attribution training,setting an example to improve their self-efficacy and so on.The research methods used in this study include: literature method,comparative research method,educational experiment method,interview method,observation method and questionnaire survey method.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Gagne's individual quality classification theory can be used as the classification basis and transformation guidance of students with learning difficulties.2.It is an effective way to improve their physics performance to train students with physics learning difficulties in strong methods to solve physics problems.3.Giving support to the missing needs in the hierarchical needs theory of students with learning difficulties will help them produce cognitive needs and then learning motivation.4.Attribution training can enhance learning motivation of students with physics learning difficulties.5.Setting an example can help students with learning difficulties improve their sense of self-efficacy.6.Students with learning difficulties can keep working hard by cultivating learning habits.
