Study On The Management And Operation Mode Of College Students' Sports Associations In Shanxi Province

In today's rich and colorful campus culture,the community has become a common interest in college students' organizations.Among them,the sports association has become a kind of group undoubtedly.It is an important way for college students to enhance their physique,implement quality education and all-round development.Especially,it plays an important role in improving the physical fitness of college students and the social development.Along with the new requirements of the national fitness campaign and the deepening reform of higher education,and the changing environment of college students in campus life.Therefore,the development of sports associations in colleges is facing new challenges.How to deal with the potential problems in the operation of college sports associations correctly,and adapt to the new situation of the development of college sports associations.Contribute to the development of college students' comprehensive quality and the construction of campus culture.This study is mainly based on the management and operation mode of sports associations in different types of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.With the help of the person in charge of sports associations and the questionnaire data.Use the comparative analysis,logical analysis and other research methods in the later period.This paper probes into the deficiencies in the operation and management of sports associations,and puts forward some reasonable optimization strategies.Through the investigation and analysis of the members and management of different types of college sports associations in Shanxi Province.The research results show that the main factors that affect the management and operation mode of college students' sports associations are: scale and fund of community,the function of Association,effectiveness of corporate internal management,the ability of club managers,recognition degree of community members and the importance of colleges.These factors make a more accurate explanation on the existing problems about sports associations in the new era,and puts forward the corresponding strategy research.The development of college association is the main content in the construction of campus culture.It is helpful forthe development of sports in colleges through the full discussion of the management and operation mode of college students' sports associations.Through the analysis of the research results,the following strategies are put forward for the development of the management mode of college students' sports associations:(1)Change the management idea of sports associations.Carry out sports activities actively under the leadership of colleges,and colleges to give high attention to.Adhere to health first,and develop the physical quality of students effectively.To strengthen the training and appointment of manager under the guidance and assistance of the federation of societies.And play a leading role in the community.(2)Perfecting the management system of sports associations.The federation of associations should strictly regulate the system of sports associations,personnel selection,supervision and evaluation system and so on.It also should form a certain daily management mechanism in the community,and do a good job of community advocacy,funding and activities to carry out,so that their long-term healthy development.(3)Ensure the management system of sports associations.Under the leadership of the relevant guidance department,to provide long-term policy support,personnel security,financial security and facility protection.All these ensure the healthy and orderly development of sports associations.There is a construction of a positive and effective interactive platform under the context of high quality sports organizations.So that the college sports associations and community members in the social life have the overall development.
