Substantial Operation Research Of Sports Association Of Olympian Events—Take Jiangsu Boxing Association As An Example

Purpose of the research: In the 1980 s,Wu Shaozu,former director of the State Sports Commission,first proposed the concept of "materialization of sports associations." however,it was not until after the Beijing Olympian Games that the materialization reform of sports associations really entered the fast lane and entered the period of substantive development.This is closely related to the change of thinking in the development of Chinese sports in the new century.The Jiangsu Province Boxing Association,as a Mesozoic single sports association in the province,was founded in 2008.In the process of practical reform,it encountered such as weak ass base and mature market development.However,the Association did not stop the pace of reform,but continues to explore the way forward.The second General Assembly of the Association held in 18 years,on the basis of suing up the experience and lessons of the past reform,to make the next stage of the substantive reform of the Association.In this study,the boxing association of Jiangsu Province As a research sample,the author tries to find out the actual operation of the association,summarize the successful experience of the reform,analyze the problems exposed and the historical disadvantages,and put forward constructive countermeasures for the practical reform of the association in the next step.Research object and method: This research takes the actual reform of Jiangsu Boxing Association as the research object.The research methods include literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method.A total of 207 members of the Association were given questionnaires in the course of the survey,and the collected data were quantitatively analyzed based on EXCEL2016 software and SPSS24.0 software.Research results: On the basis of consulting a large number of internal documents of the association and the interview summary as the auxiliary certificate,this paper forms an analysis of the present situation of the three dimensional of the reform of the boxing association of Jiangsu Province(organizational materialization,economic materialization and institutional materialization).On the other hand,the scale analyzed the influence factors based on SPSS24.0 software.Fro the 25 mites of the scale,7 coon factors with cumulative explanatory variance of 65.079% were extracted fro the 25 mites of the scale.The effects of these factors were fro high to low,respectively.1,Social environmental factors;2,basic factor;3,association building factor;4,potential and development factor;5,operation factor;6,personnel structure factor.Since the first meeting of its second General Conference,Jiangsu Boxing Association has adjusted and monetized the original constitution,organizational objectives,organizational structure,staffing and other organizational conditions of the association.In the aspect of economic reform,the provincial boxing association became the major shareholder of the "boxer company" and actively hosted the "city wall decision" super league,and also carried out the pre-Columbian operation of the league;In terms of the reform of the system,the Association voted on the membership management system,the staff assessment and appointment system(including the supervisory work system,the volunteer assessment system,the Democratic election system,and the recruitment system for full-tie staff).The system of management of archives and information and the use of official seals put forward specific amendments at the first session of the second session of the General Assembly of the Association.Overall,the solid reform pace of the provincial boxing association is steady,and all kinds of work are being carried out in an orderly manner.However,in the study,the association also exposed a lot of urgent problems to be solved,such as: 1,the association needs to further clarify the organization objectives and the promotion scope of boxing in our province.2,to perfect the rationality of the department setting.Increase horizontal communication at the sae level.3,increase promotion and appointment of existing members,increase the number of full-tie staff.4,promotion of organizational support conditions,positive response to the policy of materialization.Economic materialization: 1,open up sources of association funds.2,improve the efficiency of the use of funds.3,tap the association market development potential.Institutional materialization: 1,establish the association short,long-term solid plan.2,perfect the management system construction.Research conclusion: Since its second general meeting,the provincial boxing association has been actively carrying out its own practical reform work at this stage on the basis of suing up lessons and learning fro the advanced experience of the other associations.The association showed a high enthusiasm for reform and careful working attitude,but also exposed a lot of unavoidable practical problems to be solved properly in the process of reform.The strong economic strength of our province as well as the policy support of the provincial sports bureau to the actual reform of the provincial boxing association have laid a solid external environment foundation and prerequisite for the reform of the provincial boxing association in the future.The boxing association should continue to maintain close contact with the higher authorities and dig deep into the asses of our province The consumption potential of boxing events,at the sae tie,the association should further strengthen its own construction,only with a true quality of sports services(products)can be developed in the increasingly competitive sports market.In a word,Jiangsu Boxing Association's solid reform and development moment is good,and its reform effect is more remarkable.If the existing practical problems can be properly solved as soon as possible,the Jiangsu Boxing Association will surely usher in another major leap on the road of substantive reform.
