As a kind of objective educational resources,teaching experience has some educational value,which can provide action foundation for teachers' daily teaching practice.For example,teachers with rich teaching experience can wisely deal with the unexpected situation of complex and varied teaching situations.The exchange of teaching experiences among different regions and different subjects can help to broaden the teaching view of teachers.However,once the value of the teaching experience is absolute and the teaching practice is completely dependent on the teaching experience,The tendency of empiricism is a fact that must be noticed in teaching practice.Empiricism is a kind of worship of experience,which lays down the theoretical knowledge and raises the value of perceptual experience.The typical performance of empiricism in the field of teaching practice is to regard the individual teaching experience as the universal truth,to treat the irrational attitude of experience,to despise or ignore the theory of education and teaching.As a professional engaged in education and teaching,the teacher's teaching behavior should be full of educational rationality and professionalism.Under the influence of empiricism,teachers ignore the value of teaching theory,based on past or other people's experience to carry out the current teaching activities,ignoring the particularity and complexity of the educational situation,teaching activities become a repetitive operation,rather than a creative activity with teacher 's practical wisdom.The irrational teaching behavior of teachers will influence the improvement of teaching effectiveness and the innovation of teaching life,hinder the development of teachers professional and the teacher's self-realization,influence the cultivation of students' innovation ability.The transcendence of empiricism,teachers should stick to teaching rationality,prevent teaching activities controlled by any kind of "-ism";Stimulate professional consciousness,overcome experience dependency;Adhere to critical reflection,overcome irrational attitude;Carry out thinking training,change the way of empirical thinking;Face up to teaching theory,cultivate teaching thinking.Must explain,empiricism is only one Based on the connotation of empiricism,this paper focuses on the analysis of the performance of empiricism in teaching practice,mainly in the teaching of teachers,and put forward the basic path beyond empiricism.The paper mainly uses the text analytic method and case study method.On the basis of reading the research of predecessors,combined with the researcher's knowledge in the teaching situation and interviews with teachers,this article presents the empiricist phenomenon in teaching as much as possible and analyzes the empiricism.kind of tendency in current education practice.In this paper,we discuss the performance of empiricism in teaching practice,just want to show this fact,we do not deny the value of teaching experience.
